pain chest when sneeze

It's your round ligaments. They're sore from stretching, happens to all of us unfortunately lol. When I feel a sneeze coming on, I bring my knees to my chest so it won't hurt.

I have the same issue. Very bad pain in my chest and arms when I sneeze. No one mentioned it but I would guess everyone on here has very large sneezes. Not those little chirps that you here from some small women. I have had this symptom as long as I remember and I'm 45. I always assumed it was simply the high velocity of my sneezes contracting my large chest and arm muscles very fast. Similar to a muscle cramp.

I am a former football player and experience extreme pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms when ever I sneeze. The pain in my neck is located around my shoulder blades and in my arms it hurts on the top of my fore arm and my bicep, and occasionally on the top part of my hand. It is starting to get extremely painful and I am not sure what I should do or what is causing it. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

m only 12 1/2 weeks but if noticed in the last couple of days when I sneeze I get a sharp stabbing pain on my right side lower tummy (by my hip ) it doesn't last long just a quick pain, anyone else get this? ( when I say sneeze, I haven't got a cold or flu, just a tickerly nose) thanks in advsnce .

The constant coughing could cause muscle strain and chest pain. Sometimes the pleura, the lining of the chest cavity and lungs can get inflamed causing pain with coughing. Only clinical correlation and other investigations besides X rays can help to narrow down the cause. In the meantime you can take OTC pain medication Ibuprofen. m 17+5 weeks and sometimes when I sneeze i get a severe pain really low down its like the baby is so low and everything is tightening around the baby...

Im 13w 1d pregnant. When I sneeze I have a horrible pain in my lower abdomen. It lasts for about a minute or so. I told my dr about it and he says its due to my muscles stretching. Does anyone else get this pain? It brings tears to my eyes it hurts so bad.

I find when I sneeze really hard I feel a couple seconds of pain n discomfort in my uterus? My re said it's just mr uterus stretching. Have your felt this?

It may the uterus muscles contracts when you sneeze , there is no problem i think well m not a doctor ,, but you should go and get yourself checked.

When I feel a sneeze coming on (which is often with this head cold), I have to basically hold my sides and pull my knees up to my chest. If I don't, I'm in extreme agony and sometimes end up in tears.

When I am unable to sneeze, I get heaviness in my chest and an distressing feeling of pain and discomfort which goes down from my neck to the spine below. The other symtoms I am experiencing are: 1. Ya that was happening to me in early pregnancy when I would sneeze I would bring my knees close to my chest to prevent the pain...

Same thing happens to me! It stings for a second but then it passes. Only when I'm laying down or sitting a certain way.

yes i get that sharp pain if i don't brace when about to sneeze, but am feeling so darn crappy that it is the least of my worries lol - got to go throw up yay.

On random days I get these chest pains/tightness where when I sneeze, breath deeply, or stretch back it hurts especially when I sneeze my parents say that it is most likely Acid Reflux as my Dad had that a while back so I just want to make sure that this is the cause or something else!
