Oxycodone street values

Common Questions and Answers about Oxycodone street values

oxycontin

eg, codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, methadone, buprenorphine, tramadol, and fentanyl. Individual patients may have genetic variants of the enzymes, or may be taking inducer or inhibitor drugs, that strongly influence opioid metabolism and, hence, their detectable presence or absence in urine (or blood, or oral fluid if used) [see, Carlozzi et al. 2008; Smith 2009].
None of my docs has ever suggested that the oxycodone was bad for my liver- in fact, they have said otherwise. One of the reasons I've been on oxycodone instead of an oxycodone formulation with tylenol or ibuprophen in it (like Vicodin) is to eliminate tylenol or ibuprophen which can be bad for the liver. I hope you get some relief soon (have they tried an epidural?). Sounds like you need prayer yourself- done.
i have taken both hydracodone and oxycodone through my entire pregnancy so far. i take about six to ten pills a day. i havent told my ob this but everytime i've been for my check up the baby has been perfectly fine. i've been trying to stop, and only take about four to six pills a day. i know this is so horrible and i love my baby its just been so hard just to stop all together.

Its not a new rule, per-se, but a lot of doctors are being scared off certain pain meds that tend to have higher street values. At least in my area there has been so much media frenzy saying they need to control narcotics and scaring some doctors AND pharmacies. the only problem with the junkies is, it makes it harder for us chronic pain patients to get the medications we need to function. Drives me bonkers.
Do not get me wrong I do not believe drugs should be outright legalized, though I despise the nanny state, but I do believe opiate maintenance through medically supervised professionals with low cost drugs for treatment resistant addicts while concomitantly raising sentences for trafficking would lower street values to the point where dealing drugs would no longer be worth the risk, drastically curtailing the amount of new addicts.
I am a functioning addict: I have a full time job, a car , an apartment, and three beautiful children under the age of 6. My first two have a father who was addicted to heroin (snorting it ) but went to treatment- we were broken up about a year before he got help so when he was in rehab we were not together. I met another man who turned out to be another heroin addict (iv) and had a baby with him. He also ended up going to a long term treatment facility and is still there currently.
How do I ask a doctor to put me on something like Percocet or Oxycodone? Or just anything that will be wotrth taking?? This Lortab is USELESS!! But I've been told if you ask for something specific they think you are just there to get pills for the wrong reason. HAS ANYONE ASKED THEIR DOCTOR FOR SOMETHING STRONGER, AND HOW DID YOU GO ABOUT IT???? By the way thanks in advance for any ideas, thoughts, suggestions or sharing.
in fact except for its terrible public reputation there is very little difference between legally prescribed vicodin and Percocet and street level heroin. Suboxen works for all opiates. Vics included. With Methadone, however, you have to be extra careful because the "half-life" of Methadone is so long it stays in your system far after you stop feeling its effects.
I was on the exact same dosage 240 a month oxycodone 5/325. I am on day 5 without one and my energy is coming back fast. Checks some of the below post for the Thomas Recipe. A good vitamin regimen and lots of water. You in my opinion are past the hardest w/d period. Hang tough and don't take anymore.

Now she tells me this same doctor sent her to a pain management clinic about 70 miles from here and the pain doc now has her on OXYcodone and morphine for sleep. She told me the doctor knows she took two full scripts of narcotics and was in the hospital. I feel I am being lied to on a grand scale! Would a pain management doctor really take her to another level of meds after she was in the hospital for serious abuse? She is a serious drug seeker.
I'm not talking about running around the block or anything - just maybe walking a few doors up the street and back home. Once he starts to turn the corner, encourage him to move around. There is an over-the-counter medication for restless leg syndrome that can help a bit with the symptoms. It's available at most pharmacies - Hylands Restful Legs. They have two forumulas and you want the one that contains quinine because it works on some of the same brain receptors that opiates do.
I'am still converting from codones to methadone and can not figure out the strength values. I'am taking 30mg roxicodones 3pills four times a day. Thats 360mgs a day. What amount of methadone should I take to equal that. I take 20mg of methadone in three doses now and that seems way to low. I know once I have to get off the methadone I'am dead but we figure (The Dr.s andI) that I will be on it for life so the wd's shouln'd matter right now. I'am just looking for equal doses. Any help?
If you teach your child to follow in your footprints, to believe according to your values, then you do not need government legislation to enforce your views. It is like religion. You bring your child to church, you teach them what you believe. You do not need nor should there be government intervention to indoctrinate your child about religion. This is about choice and about personal liberty. Both yours to teach your children, and others to do as they see fit.
This morning was no different, you would have thought I was 90 years old and just got hit by a truck, or that's just how I felt. I would have almost died for an Oxycodone after waking up. The pain is slowly getting better with my dose of tylenol and coffee. We have yet to put down the new mulch she bought..oh how I'm looking forward to that.
Also, have you been taking a narcotic to treat your pain from the accident and operations? I've been taking oxycodone for over a year now, and I'm wondering if there's a connection between narcotic usage for chronic pain and suppressed testosterone production.
