oxycodone and blood tests

been taking Adderall valium and oxycodone for 12 years all drug tests have shown compliance. now I got a false neg and cant get medicine when I took them as prescribed. what could cause that? tried cbd oil but nothing else, the blood test said I didn't take the valium and adderal and a small amt of oxycodone. I took them all that am . why is it wrong?

If I was to take oxycodone then hydrocodone and went to take a drug test will I fail for the same thing or two different drugs?

So I had 2 false negative urine tests at the VA so they canceled my Oxycodone 5mg contract. I have no idea why i am getting negative tests I take them as prescribed except for the times I will save a few for nights I can't sleep, I suffer from Fybromyalgia, Sigmoid colon resection, knee problems, trigger finger, ulnar neurophathy, and PTSD. I have to be getting false negative's, I take enough the should show up.

Anyway Dr gives me a medicine i inject B12 weird-and gives me talwin nx- for pain to take with my oxycodone to help my pain more and tells me if i go to pain clinic and the call him he will prescribe what they say. I am confused this talwin has naloxone in it- i am about to research it but i believe that is what they use to reverse overdose effects.

Morophine and oxycodone are different chemically and can be detected seperately. That precludes any mistakes that were made.

I just took one of those home drug tests and it is positive for benzo which I have a prescription for in the form of Lorazepam and oxy which I have not taken in months and then only a few. The opiate was negative and everything else what is up with the false positive on the oxycontin?? Help I may be getting a test this week. I am only taking sub's, prevacid, and tylenol pm. I did have a clonidine patch on for a couple of days.

I had the Tylenol 3 first and then it wasn't helping so she decided that I could top up with Oxycodone, instead of going higher with the Tylenol 3's. I take 1 Oxycodone 4 times a day, and 2 Tylenol 3's 4 times a day. I do not think I have experienced and drowsiness on these medications, but definitely bursts of energy, and constipation, itchiness, and nausea, but thankfully no vomiting.

There are different types of UA tests... The one I take for my PM Dr. shows up everything I take down to the mg in my system at the time (or so he says). The UA I take at the "doc in a box" for my employer shows NOTHING, Negitive for opiates. i am suspposed to take 15mg Oxycodone 3 a day and i am to have to take a blood test for a leavel check. how many shoul i take and how long before should i start taking them. Please help. I recently got a copy of my drug screen results and in blood serum tests and the uad there is no positive result for cocain or amphetamines so I do not know where they saw this. my oxycodone did show up as <10.0 and normal is between 10.0-40.0 it also says elevated reporting due to nature of specimen (what does that mean?). My fentanyl showed up as<.5 and therapeutic range is 1-3 ng/ml. Would this be due to my low doses that I was on 12.
