Patient’s who are not been treated successfully with conservative measures are ideal candidates for ankle fusion.
50years old man not aware of any medical problems complains of pain related to his joints in different places ( fingers, knee, foot ankle) it takes 2 weeks relief by ibuprofen and voltaren emulgel so the question is what is your recommendation about this case ? do you advice of some vitamins especially that he is getting older?
Now 10 years later, I have it in both shoulders, and pain when I walk, in my left arch and right ankle. Once my ring finger knuckle hurt for a year. The doc said the X-Ray showed no knuckle between the finger bones. Is this a case of disappearing joints? I've tried glucosamine chondroitin and shark cartilage but I can't see any noticeable improvements. Is there any way to resolve (aside from pain killers and drugs that have unknown or risky side affects)?

ve been on methadone/oxycodone 15mg for 3 yrs for back surgery and ddd in my neck with osteoarthritis in my hip/kneeand ankle. I came off my oxygen in may 2018 and became very depressed. can I switch back to oxygen and eliminate the methadone?
He is 55 years old, has history of seizues at night, but he is not taking his primidone because he had no episodes for long time now, he has high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes(his blood sugar is under control), severe osteoarthritis in left knee- needs knee replacement, arthritis in right foot, old left ankle/foot surgery in the past, lumbar stenosis with compression of the dural sac, and asthma(under control). Its kind of seaware problem i am not feeling pain but when i bend down move my wrist or what angle try to make all of my body joints produce a crackling kind of sound which is so loud make me feel ambaries or people sitting aside looks at me. Its specially from wrist, knee and ankle joints.
Dont know why but may be i thinking that its because of my masturbation sometimes i do is there any method or medicine that ends this crackling sound please help me in this case.
For about a month I have had a redness on the lower right side of my right leg and ankle. There is NO pain,swelling or itching just the redness. My thoughts are that it could be from the shower cleaner spray that I had been using. I am a 63 year old male with osteoarthritis in the right hip. I have made an appointment to see a dermatologist but that is not until March 1st. Is it safe to wait another month for that appointment ? Thank you for your answers.
