Along with pain, cervical spondylosis can be accompanied by parathesias and muscle weakness in the neck, shoulders, arms and
hands, and a syndrome called “numb, clumsy
hands”. Dizziness may occur on neck movement .Management plan includes use of a neck brace to immobilize the neck ,medication ,physical therapy ,possible traction and epidurals, depending on the findings from diagnostic imaging tests. In extreme cases, surgery is required .
