Avatar f tn After my son was born i weighed 180 pounds.I recently started taking phentermine for weight loss but i read that i can gain the weight back because my body will try to gain its normal weight back. My question is will my body feel safe at 140 pounds or will it try to recover the 180 pounds i had weighed?Also i would like to know if there is any chance of me gaining weight while taking phentermine? I follow a low carb diet but i have not seen fast results.

Recent research has shown that taking omega 3 on it's own whilst good for you does not assist with weight loss but taking omega 3 and exercising has been proven to assist in loosing weight. Exercise whilst assisting weight loss can also build muscle. Muscle being heavier than fat might mean no loss!

Find time every day to do some form of exercise: walking, yoga, etc. Also drink a lot of water and start taking a multi-vitamin, Cod Liver Oil pills, Omega 3 Fish Oil pills, Vitamin C, etc...and drink water and green tea. I've read in this forum that others have also had adverse reactions to taking this supplement. So I wanted to put this poll out to see how omega 3 affects you. The first time I suspected krill oil, which is supposed to be the best omega 3, I used the process of elimination. Still not believing it I did it a second and third time.

Avatar f tn you know, I haven't been taking the Omega 3 since I got pregnant - they make me nauseous. I just take my prenatals daily. I try to eat healthy(doesn't always happen) but i do try. I didnt take any Omega 3 with my other kids and their fine, so oh well.

Avatar n tn I take the Omega Q Plus by Dr. Sinatra. Had not been consistent with it daily as I am now after I got my Cholesterol checked. My Low density was down and my Hds were up and tris were almost 200 below what they had been in years. I was elated over the tri report because it had been in the 400's in the past. Everything else checked out perfect. I will continue to take Omega 3 plus for another 3 months, and have it checked again.

I just gain way too easily and I never seem to lose weight until I reduce my cals to 500 a day and the minute I eat 1200 cals a day I gain so fast!! The worst symptoms I'm having since I quit smoking and all this weird thyroid stuff started is that my sex drive had taken a nose dive, which is not normal for me at all and my poor husband has obviously suffered too.
