Avatar f tn I've purchased galic and parsley tablets as well as Omega 3-6-9 tablets in the hope of getting my colesterol levels to a normal numbering. But today I read that Omega 6 isn't that good as it could counter the effect of Omega 3 and induce inflammation. Now I"m wondering if I just spent 30$ for nothing. What do you think?

These include taking extra amounts of omega-3 fatty acids (1 tablespoon of cod liver oil) and omega-6 fatty acids (300 mg of GLA), along with 400 IU of vitamin E as mixed tocopherols each day.
