Basically do not eat snack foods, fried foods, processed foods, sodas.
Eat Omega 3
fatty acids seafood like salmon,halibut,scallops,walnuts,green leafy veggies. Lowfat protein ..poultry,tuna,beans.Increase daily fiber & antioxidants get your 3 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
BTW...I'm jealous ....you went for a run? It's been two years since I have been on a run and I was struggling then. I have benn out planting flowers though....and allergies are really bad. About allergies...
