Omega 3 kiwi

Common Questions and Answers about Omega 3 kiwi

I am currently taking a multivitamin, 1200mg fish oil, 1000 IU vitamin D3 and 500mg Vitamin B3 (Niacin) every morning. I follow that with a homemade smoothie that I make that consists of apples, oranges, baby spinach, wheat grass, kiwi, banana and a teaspoon of Earth Rise brand Spirulina mixed in. Is this too many vitamins and good stuff to be putting into my body daily?
Everything the other ladies has told you is great!! I would also add that I have been reading a lot about omega 3 fish oils. Very good for the developing brain, and we shouldn't eat to much real fish due to mercury content. Good luck to you!!
It's not unusual if you are taking prenatal vitamins. I had read that adding Omega 3's to prenatals is a good idea, so went to the store and found one that was a flaxseed oil / fish oil combo. I got one that is an Omega 3-6-9, (whatever that is it sounded good), and it clearly stated there were no PCBs or mercury or anything from the fish. Maybe because of all that "3-6-9" stuff, the capsules are BIG, larger than prenatals.
Flaxseed gives you a little fiber boost, but better than that, it gives you omega 3 fats, which are really important for your baby's brain development. Make sure to eat cereal that has no fewer than 5 g of fiber per serving, too. Also, kiwi and blueberries will help. I just buy bags of frozen blueberries and eat about 1/2 a cup for a snack. Blueberries also help prevent UTIs so that's a nice bonus. You can try juice, but eating the actual fruit is better.
I heared omega 3 fatty acids are good for allergies. If allergies is your problem, try feasting on fish.
I have been taking daily aspirin (100) for 5 months, (with no other meds for anything else) Another scan has been done 3 months later (no change), and I have been referred to a vascular surgeon. I have also been advised to take clopidogeral 75mg instead of the aspirin, (have a blood test 2 weeks later to check liver) and low dose statin to assist stabilisation of plaque (my cholesterol is upper limits normal, tryglcerides fine, ratio good, but is required to be lower).

Try whole orange rather than juice - it's better for you because you also get the fiber. Fish would primarily give you protein and Omega 3 fatty acids. You can take a supplement for the Omega 3's and protein comes from a variety of other meats, beans, lentils, etc. I don't eat lamb and veal either - again that would primarily be protein, which you can get from a variety of other sources. You don't need powdered sugar - that's one of those things best avoided anyway.
Hi. I'm so sorry you are so tired. Is your baby sleeping through the night now? I hope so. I have Fibro, and do have tired spells during flares. A while ago, I spent a month in bed trying different meds that made me sleepy. I have 4 kids, 15 to 8 years, and that didn't work, so now I take Welbutrin for irritability, Buspar for anxiety, And Norflex, a muscle relaxer, at night and Ibuprofen and Tylenol which doesn't work well for pain, as I'm sure you know.

- CDSA (level 3) - Basically a very comprehensive 3 day stool test with the formalin in the tube and three tubes for the last day to look at chemistry etc. The test is through Great Smokey Diagnostics now called Genova Diagnostics who according to my doctor is the biggest "**** lab" in the world and has the best equipment. Now I have had a few stool tests before but these guys hopefully can detect some nasties.
