Avatar m tn first of all check hbvdna pcr to know if it is hbv making damage reason cannot be stress, diet is wrong for sure anyway, fat and meat can make fatty liver disease which is same as hbv/hcv and can make cirrhosis/cancer as well do avoid all fat, all meat, only vegetables and pasta, extra olive oil of maximum quality and fish oil omega 3 (not cod oil) are ok, they both reduce liver damage and alt.
Avatar f tn before I started treating my Dr, had me taking omega 3-6-9 and vit D omega 1000 three times a day and D once. Finished treatment in march and still take the omega and d, didnt want me to stop. See him again in september for 6 month eot. I do see a hepatologist at a transplant ctr.
