I took a hot epsom salt bath, drank lots of water,took vitamins, ate bacon
and bread for breakfast for protein
and carbs to help speed up my metabolism. My anxiety
and depressing *** thoughts are starting to slowly subside as well. The only thing i would recommend is small amounts of weed to help with the w/d as to not become dependent on it, it really works wonders. But stay away from the alcohol, bad juju unless you want to feel hungover during w/d's.
