I had nuvaring for bout 4 months. i got drunk one night it fell out i didnt find it till the next day. so i threw it away... that was aug. 13th i got a spottin period on aug. 29 thru aug. 31st. i havent had a period yet. i have put a nuvaring back in since could i be pregnant???

However, when I got ready to change my tampon, something fell out of my vagina! It looked like a piece of skin about the size of my palm and it was covered in dark dark blood, nearly black. I went to the ER and they didn't know what it was so they sent it off to a pathologist to be tested. Dr ruled out miscarriage. I'm still having light spotting which I assume is due to my period however I normally bleed heavy during menstruation.

I was on OrthoEvra, and found it to fall off often. I have now switched to the NuvaRing and love it. It is the same idea as the patch but it is a ring you insert inside you for 3 weeks then take it out for the 4th. It has been amazing for me.

my sisters fell out and it was out for prob. about a day and she called and the dr. said clean it and put it back in... she did and things were fine...

My periods have never been regular, my FSH has always been in the post menopausal range, urine pregnancy test 3/24 was negative and blood test for pregnancy 7-10 days after mass fell out was negative. I had the nuva ring for about three months it increased my discharge not infection just an increas and the last month i started getting chest pain so i took it out it never fell out it was easy to use just make sure your good about keeping track of dates ....

So I went on the Nuva ring February 12th. I kept the ring in until March 3rd because it fell out, I didn't bother to put it back in. Two days shy of 21 days, I should have taken it out March 5th. Im on the pill, but missed 8 out of 24 for the month of july. I took my last pill july 27th, but still have not gotten my period. I am usually good about taking the pill and if I miss I double up the next day, this time for some reason I was careless. When I was a week late I took a home pregnancy test it was negative, I thought something was wrong because im usually always on time, and if I mess the pill up I spot.

I have been on depo for 6 years and now I would like to get pregnant, I have stopped my depo in july of 08 I was just wondering if there is a faster way to get pregnant, I have read that it can take years after depo?

Thank you for the comment the patch is effictive only reason i stop using the patch When i put it on my skin I found out i have allergy to the tape i thought the nuvaring Was better, it abou the same Thanks Irishrose1963

My heart was pounding out of my chest and I had a bad headache. I stood up and nearly fell down, and had nausea. I thought I was having a heart attack and called 911, the emt's thought it was just a panic attack. I suggested it may be symptoms from the nuvaring I had been taking, they all disagreed and told me I was having a panic attack. I thought I was crazy until I found this website and see other people have had the same signs and symptoms.

and it is the only bc i have NOT gotten PG on....very effective. the first time i put it in i didn't get it in far enough and it fell out....lol. but i stuck it back in and pushed it up as far as i could and it stayed and was not even felt....i kept checking to see if it was still there ....LOL. it is a great method as far as i am concerned and did wonders for me. hope this help. love....

That is the great thing about the Nuvaring.You put it in for 3 weeks and then take it out for a week if you want to bleed but my dr just had me put in another one straight away after the 3 weeks so then I would not have a period.he told me that you don't have to have a period all the time.I was like that after my second child until my hysterectomy.If you want to try it you should talk to your dr about it.I had no side effects either from it.

Same with me for coming off of the pill, we just kind of waited out the first one to see if it would be 28 days or if anything strange was going to happen. My AF showed up right on day 28 and the very next month we were pregnant and it was healthy and full term.

if he stopped several times this could mean that the condom fell off. if you both were really drunk you might want to be concerned. i would try not to mention anything about thinking you are pregnant it will just freak him out. but you should talk to him about both of you not drinking so much when you have sex. using an alternative birth control method like a nuvaring is also a good idea. no one will know and its not like the pill where someone can find it.

I know a lot of ladies will have their own experiences with this nasty IUD. I fell pregnant 2 weeks after removal. It can take about 6 months to conceive anytime. even w/out being on BCP. I got pregnant 3 mo. after getting off the Nuvaring, and we weren't trying. it was an accident but a happy one. I'm 9+weeks now. So don't freak out if it takes 6 mo. I suspect if you plan right you can get pregnant in this next month or two. Remember to temp and track your CM. The results that came back were 'normal' according to the doctors, but they did not explain much, and they did not seem concerned about finding out what *is* wrong. I did ask the doctors for additional clarification and got very little response. I also got the impression they were rolling their eyes at my questions. During my 1st Nuvaring usage I begin to bleed brown blood a week before my cycle was due. I took the ring out and allowed my period to begin then put a new NuvaRing in 2 days into my cycle. I bleed bright red for 3 days and then it went back to brown.. I have been bleeding for a total of 10 days now.
