I read a book last night called Adrenal fatigue - 21st century, filled out the questionnaire, and scored severe adrenal fatigue, and the Dr. that wrote the book said, 24 hour urine cortisol only test for Addison's disease, not Adrenal fatigue, and only 4% of the population has Addison's.
This is so frustrating !!!!!!! Now I am convinced Klonopin, has done permanent damage to my body system. Every blood/urine test the past 2 years returns normal.

I said there were no statements on the questionnaire about falsifying the questionnaire and there isn’t. That is the jest of the post. Nothing was ever mentioned about there not being a questionnaire.

I went to a nutritionist regarding my tiredness and weight loss. The nutritionist committed me to one month of perfect eating, sleeping, routine walks and no alcohol. After the month I was symptom free. No headaches, great energy, and the muscle aches have subsided. I've been maintaining the proper diet, sleep, walking and moderation on alcohol. The nutritionist suspected that I was using alcohol and pain releif in excess.

Looking for some advice on my first appointment with Dr. Dan Heffez. I don't have one scheduled yet because i'm waiting for him to receive and review my MRI and questionnaire, but in anticipation I would like to go in prepared for the appointment. if anybody has any recommendations and/or what I can expect, I would be grateful for the wisdom.
