Heather, I love the pool. That's one reason I bought my Condo, has it's own pool.And the weekdays, I'm usually the only one in it, as I use it from about 10:00 am to 1:00pm. I started out by just walking, all I could do. Then adding stretching when standing about waist deep. Then added swimming. At first I could only swimm across the pool and back. By the end of summer, I could swimm about 10 laps without a break. It didn't cure anything, but I felt better!
