blueberries, strawberries, applesauce without sugar, apples, bananas, pineapples, oranges, kiwis, raisins, dates, peaches, pears, broccoli, green beans (my own from my garden), tomatoes (my own), peppers, peas, carrots, snow peas, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, spinach, turnip greens, kale, onions,
yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, etc. I am at fruit and vegetable eater! I drink 2% milk, also. So, I don't understand why those micro nutrients mentioned before appear as zero on my graph.
