Yes, go to your OB and request the anti nausea medication. This should help you get your bearings back but the one prescribed to me is to be taken on an empty stomach so not the answer for nutritional intake, but will help the nausea. Otherwise I agree that you should drink lots of water, soda water, toast, watermelon, crackers, almonds, try Cheerios, and broth base soups like chicken noodle!!
