Avatar f tn Caffeine is ok to drink if its not a lot. Just be careful because caffeine is in a lot of foods so it adds up throughout the day. I have chronice migraines, since I was little. I had to go off my migraine medication when I got pregnant but my doc told me to drink caffeine every now n then to help with headaches. As much as caffeine can cause migraines, it can also help relieve them...so I drink a can a coke every other day. So get ur BK frappe! Just don't over due it!
5028514 tn?1366828456 you can still drink caffeine while being pregnant. it's just not recommended that you drink crazy large amounts.

5624774 tn?1374284525 So I know its ok to have a cup while pregnant and your supposed to limit caffeine intake to about 200mg per day. I really want a frappe from Mcdonalds but I have no clue how much caffeine those have. Ive looked on their website but cant find the caffeine content. Does anyone know if these are ok? I would get the small one of course.

8924846 tn?1410572901 One of the things I constantly crave is the mocha frappe from McDonalds. But I've been able to limit myself to one a week and I always get a small, I also make sure I don't have much more caffine if I have anymore that day. I'm pretty proud of myself.
Avatar f tn Yesterday I craved coffee and I've so I got a large mocha frappe from McDonalds and little man was kicking me like crazy the whole time!!! Lol :) is it bad for me?
4165941 tn?1353988628 I hope nothing too bad because Im a strong coffee drinking Puerto Rican and I havent been able to break the habit because I dont want to!! LOL I figure I'd cut to a cup a day. (Before was at least 3 cups a day) I read somewhere that for 300mg of caffeine a day one should be fine!
8722107 tn?1399602652 That is my craving at least 4 days a week...a medium Caramel Frappe from McDonalds or a grande Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks!
Avatar f tn Well I got stuck in the ditch the other day because I was attempting to turn around in the middle of the road (long story) to go back to mcdonalds after getting a frappe(my craving) and fries and they didn't give me the freaking fries!! 7381903 tn?1391464888 Yay or nay ladies ?, I literally had a dream about frappes last night. I love Carmel frappés from McDonalds !, but I heard that the caffeine isn't good for you during pregnancy. So wassup ?, I'll ask my doc also just want other opinions.
Avatar f tn I was wondering at what to put the nutritional value of food over the amount of calories they contain. For example, I regulate my calories fairly closely and usually am always well under the daily recommended amount, but there are some days that I feel like I am hungry all day. As a general rule, I enjoy eating raw mixed nuts as a snack, but they tend to be high in calories.
Avatar f tn I was diagnosed with migraines when I was young but the only thing that would help over the counter was excedrin migraine but it has aspirin in it so u can take it while pregnant so with my son I would drink a small frappe from McDonalds and it would help if I laid down (drink it slow tho so you don't make it worse) my doctor said that was fine as long as it wasn't every day all day and my son and daughter were and still are perfectly healthily both 9 lbs when born
Avatar n tn Juice covers a lot -- virtually anything can be juiced if you're doing this yourself. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar, but can also be powerful antioxidants, but vegetable juices can be very valuable. Wheatgrass juice is great. So this depends on what you mean by nutritional juices. Most important, avoid anything that's not organic. When you juice anything, you use a lot of it, and that enhances the amount of harmful chemicals that exist on whatever you're juicing.
10633889 tn?1414018565 t drink starbucks but I do have my mcdonalds coffee at times. Just one cup a day tho.
Avatar f tn I know caffeine is bad but I didn't thunk it was seriously bad like everyone saying. I've never drank coffee ...well hot coffee every blue moon I'd have the mocha frappe shake thing from McDonalds. And I drink a lot of tea. Mostly green and white. Im not a soda person but if its all that's available then I'll drink like half a cup just enough to wet my throat.
Avatar f tn Pizza, grilled peanut butter banana sammies, burritos, strawberry milk (though recently milk makes me sick), pretzel M&M's, grapes, eggs with runny yolks (but I know we pregnant ladies can't have uncooked yolks, so I don't indulge in this one)..
8793709 tn?1409594060 I do the same as you, except that when hubby gets home I turn the stove back on to reheat it instead of microwave. I believe that even if it loses a little bit of the nutritional value, it's still healthier and cheaper than ordering or eating out.
Avatar f tn Parents should be well aware of whats in a McDonalds burger/meal, and thats why I thought they made the nutritional information available to everyone who wants it. There are healthier alternatives to fries these days.... and Mickey D's offers that. California..... fix your debt before you start screwing with some kids happy meal.
