Some attacks wake me up in the middle of the night or hit in the middle of the night if I'm already awake. It starts out as severe stomach cramps and what feels like my stomach is on fire. I will then have severe diarrhea, nausea, and sometimes hives. My hives are intense but only last less than 24 hours.

Suggest eating yogurt, or drinking milk with the fruit at night so you have a protein source in the meal. You need to increase the food you are eating at breakfast and lunch. Hormones cause it to build up IN CASE we have intercourse and fertilize an egg, an embryo attaches to that thickened lining. But when we don't have a fertilized egg, our hormones trigger to release that lining and then it starts all over again with your next cycle.

There is a list of veggies like cabbage, lima beans, tomato, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and potato. All but the lima beans, tomato and potato says "cooked" in brackets. I cant stand cooked vegetables. I only eat raw, uncooked vegetables. I am wondering WHY would they have to be cooked. Wouldn't the vegetables lose the nutrients if they're cooked?

Make sure you are getting the best possible nutrition for your money. Don't buy sugary processed foods / or anything that's heavily processed. Keep you eyes peeled for specials. Often some shops will have markdown on certain foods on some days of the week.

We have eggplants coming soon and potatoes, lima beans, and about 200 lbs more of tomatoes yet to ripen! I cant believe how much we have this year! Theres other veggies Im forgetting too.....carrots, beets, cauilflower, brocollli, onions, parsley, chives, dill... Im soooooooo happy that we will save a ton of money on grocery bills indefinitely!
