I feel all gassy the whole day too. Does anybody feel the same? I take a banana immediately after drinking the supplement to suppress the vomiting tendency.

I guess there's a difference because when you use dry product you need for example two cups but if you use cooked rice you may need a cup ... Since it sucked water and its heavier so .. Any thoughts or maybe am dumb lol ! Thank you .

Any case, I figured I could ask here and see if anyone has any experiance with coconut milks. I'm still interested in getting an answer simply because I can not swallow the large fish oil pills and I cant find any of the liquid fish oil.
Avatar f tn t have near the nutrition baby needs and actually introducing cows milk that early can not only lead to malnutrition but kidney failure as well. Formula is complete nutrition and needed for baby until a year old.
Avatar m tn As for meal plans, combining complex carbs and protein is your best bet for gaining muscle. Good meal choices are eggs and whole wheat toast with, lean meats with baked potatoes or whole grain rice/pasta (veggies don't hurt either ;-)), and protein bars/shakes with banana or peanut butter as snacks in between. The trick is to sneak in calories where you can. On the days that you hectic schedule doesn't leave you much time to cook, meal replacement shakes will be a big help.
Avatar f tn My nephew had to go through a few diff brands. My daughter started on similac and I compared nutrition facts and found a cheaper brand that was just as healthy. I tried pumping breast milk but never produced enough. And going back to work at 8 wks makes it tough too! I have a healthy 2 year old that was 90% formula fed.
