I work at Wendy's and I tend to eat alot of the food there like many of my Co workers but I also tend to very eat alot just because the food is all around me does anyone helpful tips to beat not only over eating but also to stop eating fast food.when it is at your disposal?

Omg I was just feeling nauseous so i got some Wendy's and now my stomach is hurting even more and my back hurts ugh..

I just got Wendy's because im hungry and nauseous and now that I'm eating the nauseous is getting worse and I'm having some cramps

But am confused about the nutrition fact they write in the box of food (rice for example) they say nutrition facts for 100 g but is it like 100g of boiled rice or the uncooked product ? I guess there's a difference because when you use dry product you need for example two cups but if you use cooked rice you may need a cup ... Since it sucked water and its heavier so .. Any thoughts or maybe am dumb lol ! Thank you .

omggg! since i found out i was pregnant Wendy's has been my absolute home away from home lol everytime i go i get the exact same thing a loaded baked potato no chives with 6 chicken nuggets ^__^ lord! it is absolutley heavenly i love it! so what about you guys what's your favorite pregnancy food?

I have never used Medifast personally, but a quick glance at their nutrition facts, and I would say if you are struggling with high cholesterol, I wouldn't go that route. Any pre-packaged items/shakes like that tend to be high in sodium and cholesterol- two things you want to stay away from. As with any diet- I'd ask your doctor before you start any plan to make sure it's right for you. I know losing weight can be tough!

I was wondering if i should go see a nutritionist to make sure me and the baby are getting adequate nutrition. I have always been a small 110lb and no matter what i eat i never gain any weight. Has anyone gone to see one and was it worth it? Did it make a difference?
