You can also do the peanut
butter on celery, pears, etc. Be sure to limit the peanut
butter, since it has a LOT of fat, but it's also got protein, which along with the fat, will help you feel more satisfied.
Chips are my downfall, as well, because they give me that satisfying crunch and we do have them in the house, because my husband is tall and thin and can eat whatever he wants. Grrrr....... Same goes for the chips, though - grab some nuts or seeds.
