973741 tn?1342342773 My, this post is old-- not sure anyone is looking for an answer, anymore. I would say start by emphasizing fruits and vegetables. Try to get the minimum of 3 servings of vegetables and two of fruits per day. Try new ways of serving the ones you like, and try out some that you haven't gotten used to yet. Another healthy food is oatmeal. One tool I like is the 'recipe nutrition calculator' on myfooddata.

They eat lunch around 10:30 am (because they are at school so dang early, this is 4 hours into their school day)--- They get to the competition and have a brief time and then must perform athletically. We really struggle with this. I've packed a peanut butter sandwich, a turkey sandwich, found out beef jerky wasn't a good idea, nuts, etc.
Avatar f tn I'm just found out it's my 3rd as well and i have to toddlers.
Avatar f tn You might get negative response to this but I have 2 kids and this is the only thing that worked for my kids. Like the above comment, add a few pinches of cereal. I started mine with regular rice cereal and they were a lot more satisfied. Every baby is different and they say wait til baby is 6months but you have to do what u think is best for ur baby. Avatar f tn It doesn't really work that way. If you gain 13lbs in your first 20 weeks you're likely to gain at least twice that in the second half. Baby is still incredibly tiny, weighing less than a pound - sure you're also adding placenta and amniotic fluid and blood volume now, but the actual weight of that whole package is very minimal at this point. Avatar f tn I tried the same thing - was feeling bad so eliminated sugar - only healthy foods, no red meat and started this regime 4 mo prior to tx and 3 mo into tx. No difference in sx or overall well being. As a matter of fact, in order to keep my riba down I have to have have something with a high fat content or I get nauseated.
