numb lips numb tongue

The tip of my tongue keeps feeling numb as does the right handside of my bottom lip. Its not totally numb but maybe more tingly. Can you help me figure out what could be causing this?

The right side of my tongue is numb. I feel some tingling and burning sensation at the tip of my tongue and bottom also. My tongue on the right side feels very sensitive to hot or spicy food. I also had pain running down my chin to the ear until 2 weeks ago if I had to do lot of speaking continuously. Now that pain seems to be better. But the tongue is still numb. The dentist has asked me to wait and take some B complex vitamins. Anyone who has recovered from this problem?

Now, for the past few days I have numbness in the left side of my lips and sometimes left side of my tongue, it is worse some hours and better some other hours but it is gradually getting worse. Is it related to my diagnosis and if it is, what kind of pituitary adenoma might cause lip numbness? I will do another MRI next week, but my Dr usually doesnt explain much to me, would appreciate your recommendation.

My lips started to go numb yesterday, yesterday morning my lip, cheek, tongue, gums,and pallet are numb but only on one side(Left). any Ideas ?

This might seem like an odd question, but, has anyone had their tongue go numb, just in the middle of the whole tongue, and wavy sides ( kinda like the sides of a shell) , that is what is happening on me.... with red little bumps on the side too. Both sides of my tongue are wavy and red, I took some benadryl and it does not seem to help...... Just wondering, ???

My neurologist is hell-bent on the idea that this is MS even though he cannot explain the variable numbness, why it is triggered by exercise, why the tongue and lips are numb, etc when there is no lesion on those nerves. I can give you the MRI's if you want them. Please help me. Please.

But this numb left side of my tongue/lips/chin sux dirty doggy di*ks! The slur is bad enough, but biting my damn tongue will put me into an uncontrollable rage - I'm so helpless and it happens without ANY FREAKING THING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. All went well and a temporary crown was set in place until a a permanent crown can be made. After the novacain wore off my lips stay numb & tingly pretty much all the time especially after I wake up in the morning. I beleive they are actually fatter because you know when squish your lips like a kiss and suck air through them to make a noise like when your calling a puppy to come, well no noise is made just like air swishing and one more thing the inside of my lips feel alittle chalky.

It kinda feels like when you drink too much wine, how your lips and/or nose feels numb, thats what it feels like. Went to the hospital and ran tests on me because my left leg, left foot, left arm, left hand, left chin, left lips, and left tongue is numb. All the left side of my body is numb. They ran CT scan and took blood. Couldn’t find anything.

I have this weird thing the past cpl days, food has almost literally no taste. On top of that, my tongue feels as if it's numb. Not numb like novocaine feeling, just like I don't feel like I have much sensation on it, or my lips or actually the entire left side of my head.

Lip on the right is starting to tingle mainly when I rub it and then my tongue tingles. The lips and jaw are not numb. My ears still feel blocked at times. So far no migranes or ear aches. Finding it hard to chew on the right but food just burns my tongue anyway. Left side of tongue is fine so I can taste but it's all a duller sensation. I'm a week and a half into double therapy, took my second pegasys shot on monday. I've noticed over the last week that I've had a slight numbness/tingling in my lips and the tip of my tongue. Anyways when we do oral or i do it hurts my jaw and makes my lips go numb not very enjoyable for me...but he complains that qral on me is difficult for him so wich one is more difficult?? and is there a way to make it less??

When I eat soy, nut ,peanuts, and coconut my throat feels funny and tastes like blood. Also my tongue goes numb and lips itch and swell.. I have an appt with the allergy doctor. I'm nervous that my body is going to be fine that day.... I also have seasonal allergys pretty bad and I get random hives somtimes. . Also the smell of some soaps cause my throat to hurt and feel funny.. I also get scratched the raise up but not worried about that..
