Milk should be given at all meals instead of juice, especially if he is not eating the meals that well. If you want him to have juice (100% juice), then give it (in a cup) with a healthy snack in the afternoon. The bottle at night is fine if he will not give that up or give him an evening snack with milk just before bed. Hope that helps you.

i have a 18 week french bulldog puppy who is not eating properly , we feed him royal canin puppy food with some soft food mixed and about a week ago he started to leave the dry food and just eat the soft food out of his bowl ,now he isnt eating that much at all seems to just sniff his food and walk away them pick at it later in the day whereas normally he would eat it as soon as it was put in his bowl.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle my 3-year-old mini dachshund eating through the drywall? I'm wondering if she is lacking something and that's why this is happening. Please help!! My house looks horrible!

So Bailey is 7 months old now and he's got his 2 bottom teeth, and has just cut through his 1st top tooth, and he has been really miserable. What bothers me the most is he's really off his food at the moment, and is only wanting his bottle every 3 hours. Do you think this is normal? I can't remember going through this with my other kids 10 years ago, i'm sure they still ate normally, but Bailey doesn't seem to be eating much at all.

I had him when he was about 3 weeks, the mother abandoned him, and I gave him a bottle until about a month ago. He is now eating canned Pate food and I am about to start with softened dry food. I think you should take him to the doctor to get him checked out as something is hurting, he may be teething are his gums red,sometime teeth dont come in till a year old this isnt unusual, has he any diarrea or constipation, is he being breast or bottle fed ?

she is teething even thou no teeth have broken thru yet so i am curious if this can be linked to teething? her ears were checked st last visit and they were good so not ear infection. she reaches behind ear and pinches like something is there?

My daughter is going on 4 months next wk. When I see her chewing on her hands, I automatically think that she's hungry. There are times where she'll eat, & times she won't. He can hold his own bottle (but we still hold him while he drinks) so he takes the bottle out of his mouth and plays with the nipple or he bites on the nipple and pulls it out from between his teeth and gums so it kind of pops - and I guess he likes that noise bc he will do it over and over and over! Suggest you feed him small meals 5-6 times a day to help increase his weight and maybe it will decrease his ‘stomach aches’, as you stated.

Yes, I am pregnant now (6 weeks) and still awaiting results to see if I am pregnant with multiples or have a molar pregnancy since my hcg levels were quadrupling every 3 days. I gave her tylenol and mylicon just in case and she will not let my husband put her down. about a month ago she had a cold and started eating less but not as badly as the last two and a half weeks. Before that she was eating wonderfully. I could not have asked for a better baby. From about 3 months on she slept from 830pm- 6:30pm every nite. Recently, however, she has been getting up all throughout the night, and I have no idea why. My mother, her boyfriend, and my 11yr old sis just moved in to my house. Is it possible she is stressed out? I have been havng some issues of my own also. I am battling a percocet addiction not to mention me and my husband haven't been gettting along too well.

That sounds like teething to me too. Id try giving her tylenol before bed so shes not hurting as bad and can sleep. You can also give it to her through out the day so shes not as fussy due to her teeth hurting her. And of course orajel works wonders. That helped with my lil girl. Good luck!
