Thank you for your advice, yeah I am like you I stay between 1200-1500 and every so often when I feel I need to I will have a little more, I was just worried w/what I was eating that for how much I was
working out might be to much, but I am
not working out like that anymore, I am still
working out but not as hard as I was and I do have a dead line for me its the start of May that is about 2-3lbs a week as of right now if I remember right, Thanks again
