Avatar f tn I know it's not a magic pill, I am eating way less than before and better but just not losing weight. I know some people get an actual list of foods to eat from their doctor but all I was told was to eat my normal food just less of it. I work out 6days a week something I didn't do 2months ago and still not losing weight with exercise either. If anybody knows of something else I could do or try please let me know.
Avatar f tn I started working out and eating healthy about a year ago too...I had lost 72 pounds before finding out I was pregnant, I still work out now im almost 30 weeks, I walk alot and play a workout game on my xbox kinect I just change some of the workouts so they don't hurt my stomach....I did run a little in the beginning and the protein shakes are ok depending on what kind it is, I would google it or ask your doctor!
1449821 tn?1421079096 Thank you for your advice, yeah I am like you I stay between 1200-1500 and every so often when I feel I need to I will have a little more, I was just worried w/what I was eating that for how much I was working out might be to much, but I am not working out like that anymore, I am still working out but not as hard as I was and I do have a dead line for me its the start of May that is about 2-3lbs a week as of right now if I remember right, Thanks again
Avatar n tn I am one of the lucky ones you so far (shot 12 tonight) that has not suffered with sx but I do feel so wiped out in the afternoons and by the time I get off work and get home I do not feel like doing anything. I had hoped (know that sounds sick) that I would lose weight on tx but Oh no not me, not so lucky... if anything have gained. *****.... I am not sure what to do but to look toward Dec. when I will be finished with tx and have energy.. I agree with the goal sitting...

676912 tn?1332812551 I do know you still need 2500 calories a day because it takes a lot of calories to make milk. I wouldn't nessesarily diet, but rather just eat more healthy. I've lost around 50 pounds since I gave birth (I was 147 and now I'm at 98 pounds) and I eat 3-4 meals a day. I've stopped eating junk and over eating as well. (Junk food has little appeal to me now) The important thing in keeping your supply is to not starve yourself though. Drink lots of water and avoid sodas and such.

Tried vitamins , power drinks and anything that starts with energy. Been to the doctors had blood work done. Blood work been normal. I feel so tired,It is impossible to function in every day routines.

Avatar f tn I used to eat then like candy, but stopped after I found that out. I just avoid foods that are triggers and drink a heartburn relief tea, sometimes milk.
Avatar f tn I am pregnant with a my second baby and I am not backing down on working out. With my last pregnancy, I worked out 5-6 times a week for 40 to 60 minutes. I had a very healthy pregnancy and baby! The best part was I was able to bounce back very quickly post baby. My current schedule consists of spin class twice a week, elliptical,running (just slowed down a bit),stairstepper, and a cardio mix up class. I am just more careful and I don't push myself as hard.

I give her Royal Kanie for dry food and Natures receipe easy to digest wet food. No other systems. Going to bathroom okay, nothing in her stool.
Avatar m tn About 3 weeks ago i started to use very hot water on a rag to clean my face after running and working out. Now my nose has turned white with red blotches. I really didnt know what had caused this but i am thinking it might be drying out of the skin, but when i try to use lotion on it and nasal spray to get the color back and remove the red blotches i find my skin stays the same just becomes more oily. Any ideas?
Avatar f tn If you have not been working out during preg then dont start now unless it is just walking. It is usually ok after your insision heals if you tear. They want you to try and wait 6 weeks. I am right with you i want to run so bad.

Work out regime. I'm gaining more weight that I want to with this pregnancy and selective eating habits alone aren't cutting it. I tried yoga. Too uncomfortable. I tried squats and I couldn't walk for a week. I walk 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day & it's not enough...

I'm not bleeding anymore, just some spotting here and there and this time around my vj didn't get swollen, and no tearing.....has anyone else started working out so early?
