t care for the black eyed peas, but the you tube video of them singing for Oprahs 50th B-Day, and the flash mob dancing is such an incredible video. There is no way to be sad when watching it. The whole thing, between the simple words to the song and the sheer energy, excitement and togetherness ( not sure of right word there) of the crowd dancing is uplifting. 20,000 people dancing and just having fun, just happy to be alive. I have watched/read all your posts.

The difference is that with 4D they give you a video of the Live ultrasound that shows all the movement and they add lullaby music to it, and the 3D pictures are way more vivid than 2D because you can see your babys features way clearer, I got it done and I loved it, it is very pricy but so worth it because I can have my daughter watch it when she's older :)

If your child spends long times looking at the TV, listening to music or playing video games, loud music etc then this is going to affect the nerves, and your child is not growing properly and insomnia most likely will continue in your child’s life. You need to convince her for daily exercise, restrict the video games, loud music etc.

I feel that listening to music really loud helps me through the rough parts. I will look at the video you suggested.

I put the phone under the blankets and play an hour long youtube video that plays calming classical music. It usually calms him down so I can fall asleep.

I feel exactly the same way you do.. I'm 37+2. I don't want to do anything but lay in bed. All the pains are horrible. I couldn't walk the other day due to back pain. This was excellent. I know it's funny but the guy does a great job of showing what the heart does during arrhythmia. I love visual explanations, more so than just text. I didn't get any sound. Is that the way it's supposed to be?
