So, I have to pay out of pocket pricing which will likely be better than help from insurance knocking the price down for them being "in network". As if I wasn't stressed enough about having to pay for it, I got a bill yesterday from the hospital for the thyroid sonogram (which by the way came back completely normal) for $600. This blows. I just don't want to spend this kindof money on these things. I like to hord my money and spend it on fun things. LOL.

Ok, as most of you know, I am not Dx'ed with anything, so what's going on, I have no idea. That being said, whew, I believe I have over done it. Work is very demanding, after about a year and of half of a very bad slow down, and out of no where I am working like crazy lately. This heat, the stress (both physical and mental), the long hours, I think have taken it's toll.

I was just reading the reviews and a lot of them are complaining about it being too loud..and motor breaking fast... do you mommies on here have any reviews and/or experiences with them?

My grandmother is complaining of these symptoms for about 6 mo. now. She just has what I call a "sinking spell" with extreme weakness and lethargy. She too has trouble remembering things but only during the "spell". She also says "she doesn't feel right in her head" I thought she was having TIA's but they said no when she was admitted to the hospital in Jan and did every test in the book and could not find anything at all!

It seems to rewrite the rule book every chance it gets, I have a lot of sensory issues, but only some limited motor issues with spasticity. The sensory issues I do have are whoppers though: Optic Neuritis, Trigeminal Neuralgia, burning left arm and both feet. None of those on there own say MS to any doctor. Those with one lesion 6 months ago and 4 new ones last month changes things.

HELLO:) I am getting ready to go have a mammogram and an ultra sound done on the lump under my arm. It's costing me $400.00 for this since I have no insurance and don't have the opportunity to get it again until January 2011. I know that having a biopsy is the next step. I understand there are 2 or 3 different procedures. My question is... Can someone tell me about how much I can expect to pay for a biopsy. I'm sure the cost varies from state to state.

Correct, I don't think Synthroid has skyrocketed like Tirosint has, but I have seen some people complaining it was more expensive. Perhaps it's in certain regions and areas? Insurance issues and switches? Whatever the case, paying triple the amount you used to for it is outrageous! no one on this forum is a doctor. we can just give you advice.. if you took 2 pregnancy tests and a blood test, it is almost certain you are not pregnant. if you still do not start your period in the next few weeks, go back to your doctor so that they can rule out any medical problems. if you are TTC you may have to get on medicine to regulate your cycles and help you ovulate.

I feel ya! I got 119 to go, I feel the same way. I was finally getting my weight down about three years ago when in found out pregnant with son. I gained 45 with him an never lost it. So I'm even more overweight now then I was with him. I feel so uncomfortable in anything, ugly all the time, I don't want to see people, always moody, lazy as hell. I haven't gained much so far this go around but I'm sure it'll happen before times up.

I have been so relaxed reading it and seeing there is such a thing as a calm birth. I am into yoga etc so I have a big interest in this- did anyone else do this in their previous birth of their child or is planning to do it?
