Avatar n tn You can get a guide from Adam and Eve and even go to your local Barnes and Noble to get the Karma Sutra. That book has a lot of sexual positions.
Avatar f tn Well that's how it's pronounced here in India.
Avatar f tn Sometimes public libraries or Barnes & Noble have clinics ... you may want to call to see if you can speak with somebody who can help you connect your Nook.
2021033 tn?1329412471 I feel like I have an internal whoopie cushion with no control over it whatsoever. It's so embarrassing walking through Barnes and Noble and passing gas without even realizing I have to. It doesn't help when my 7 year old follows it with "Eew Mom, that was gross".
Avatar n tn I recently restumbled over a great resource. It is a book by Dale Carnegie called "How to stop worrying and start living". You can find copies of this book at your local Barnes and Noble, Books A Million, etc. Copies are less than $8 for paper back. I highly recommend this book. It has great strategies for dealing with worry, anxiety, rest, insomnia, relaxation, etc.
Avatar m tn theres a cookbook called deceptively delicious by jessica seinfield it has junk style food that kids tend to go for but healthy i would say get this i got my copy at barnes and noble i think it was $15 other than that maybe just increase his pyshical activity more.

I did not buy it, BUT found a copy at my library for FREE :-) I wish I would of found it earlier on in my illness of not knowing what dr to see next. I would recomend it to anyone who has been down the path mri's for ms or echo's for heart problems and dr just keep saying you look finene and your results are all normal.

7607165 tn?1395780125 Treksy I kno I will try something or go to Barnes and noble it just ***** im not driving right now doctors restricted me for another week.
Avatar f tn I use it in spaghetti sauce. Just add it when you are heating the sauce in. You won't even taste it. I do this also when cooking mexican or any kind of ground beef/turkey. You can also just add it to smoothies, or just any type of sauce.
Avatar n tn Thank you for the name of the book. Have a Barnes and Noble near me and will go see if they have it. Will keep in touch here. Thanks again.
620048 tn?1358018235 I have a Nook e-reader and I love it. I agree with Mand that it's a lot easier to hold onto than a regular book. Lighter, too. It's tough to say whether it would be beneficial to you without knowing more about the causes of your reading difficulty, so I would recommend either finding someone who owns one so you can take a look at one yourself, or heading out to a Barnes & Noble to check one out.
4270856 tn?1355798754 ) I was wondering because I went to Barnes and noble and was goin to get one but my mom said I woul get one at my shower and I wanted to know how many people actually got one.
422823 tn?1229736847 I have started working on my pregnancy/baby journal. I bought one from Barnes and Noble that is desgined to be like the Eric Carle book 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar." It is predesinged in that it has pages for "mommy info" and "daddy info", family trees, etc. It also has pages where you ca insert pictures. I am wondering if anyone else has a journal similar to this and what you use to glue in the pictures.
Avatar f tn written by the same author. My midwife practice has a pretty nice library of material, which was really nice, since Barnes and Noble was "sketchy" in tha I searched high to low and couldn't find one book. I checked all of the obvious sections about 5 times, and just gave up. There is nothing better than being informed about labor and birth, and reading these sort of books really gives perspective.
Avatar f tn THEY HAVE SOME WONDERFUL INFORMATION THERE AND CAN SEND YOU THAT BOOK THAT REALLY ANSWERS A TON OF QUESTIONS. I HAVE A BOOK AT HOME THAT I BOUGHT AT BARNES AND NOBLE (MY SECOND HOME). I'LL GET THE NAME. IT'S DIVIDED INTO "DAYS" AND WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE DAY OF DIAGNOSIS THROUGH A YEAR. LET ME KNOW IF I CAN HELP IN ANY WAY. GETTING THROUGH THIS IS EASIER WITH A FRIEND.
3136949 tn?1369524705 Nevermind, this post was from February! Lol you already had the baby didn't you?
637356 tn?1301924822 Thats a great idea Marg! Or you could make your own basket of goodies you and kids can pick stuff out and put it inside!
504000 tn?1242500793 No... they aren't in that book. I have that one too... its great, but it doesn't have these exercises. The book I am talking about is by Dr. Glade Curtis and Judith Schuler. The title is "Your Pregnancy Wekk by Week" I picked it up for $16 at Barnes and Noble. I like it better than "What to Expect When You're Expecting". It is a really helpful book.
1383908 tn?1457401728 I regularly chart my BBT, and my TSH levels have come back at 1.08. I am not hypothyroid at all, nor do I have any symptoms that would indicate such. No offense, but Dr. Barnes test is a little outdated and his "normal" range of BBT temperatures isn't quite accurate based on more up to date medical research. Also, my initial question was not addressed...I was asking about double-stranded DNA antibodies, which in my case is positive.
Avatar f tn I have always been small and thin and I never gained weight no matter what I ate so this is very stressful for me as I am not eating more or less what I've always done. My stomach looks like I'm 7 months pregnant and no exercise or diet elimination seems to help. I've put weight on everywhere and it's very depressing as I've always been thin. It seems to have happened quite abruptly as well.
Avatar f tn So I am a huge reading fan, lately it is hard to get into a book even if its good, I think I just have so many other things on my mind! But I need to CHILL THE FXCK OUT for a bit and have some quiet time, me and my bf read books together (lame I know lol but its kinda cute) and we can never get past like 40 pages. I have a $50 gift card for Barnes & Noble, and was wondering what you guys suggest?! With the titles can you give just a brief overview??
