I spent the rest of that training operation laying down on a portable cot with my leg elevated and iced. During that time (about 4-5 days) I was unable to lift my leg from the laying position and it continued to hurt badly. After about a week the swelling was under control and our training was done. I went to the medical officer once we were back in garrison and he performed some checks on my knee. Nothing like an MRI or anything.

But a Physiotherapist did not diagnose Carpel tunnel and, although I am still waiting on an appointment with a Neurologist (for possible Nerve Conduction Test) I now believe it is PAD. I say this because even when wearing wrist braces, the tingling occurs if my hand is above the level of my heart when in bed. I assume it needs gravity to get enough blood through to the fingers. Two days ago I experienced pain on the inside of my leg towards the rear just above the knee.

1 week ago I was washing my floor (on my knees no longer than 10 minutes). A few minutes later my knee felt tight and like I had a bruise. Hello, I have had 3 arthroscopies on my left knee to repair my lateral horn meniscus in September 2009, January 2014 and March 2015. Each time after the operation and recovery my knee begins to feel good and strong again. After 1 and a half year since my last operation my knee has felt great, however 5 days ago I squatted down (asian squat toilet), and instantly knew I had torn the cartilage again. i have recently had a knee operation to fix the cartilage. on investigating they found that my femor and knee cap was in a bad way and worn and in time i will need a knee cap replacement, however thankfully not at the present time. Iam a fit person who teaches amrtial arts. My problem is that it has been weeks since my operation but the knee is still badly swollen and sore and i am still struggling to straighten it and bend it behonf 40 degrees..

This summer i recently had my first anal abcess at age 48. I'm pretty good health and I work on computers so I'm always sitting down alot. Those suppositories are supposed to be white. It's possible that you may be spotting but the med isn't supposed to make you spot.

Ok so I am almost 39 weeks and I finally got a bottle of evening primrose oil yesterday and tried inserting one like everyone said before I went to bed but after that every time I would get up to pee my underwear were wet feeling could the pill possibly have leaked or could it have been just a tiny bit of my water? I'm so confused I just want this baby out. Please tell me what you think.

I will be having a operation in a few weeks time to have a hysteroctomy because i have cysts that are regrowing after removel on my ovaries. I am just having a few worries about the side effects and things to expect after the operation itself. Please it would be great to hear if anyone has actually had this and what kind of experiences that had from it.

Try to lube the area before inserting the tampon if possible and don't wear them threw the night always wear a pad during bed time if that doesn't work just wear pads they have a variety for underwear and thongs if needed...

A dr can drain the fluid out of the joint by inserting a needle into the knee joint and drawing it out. Personally, I would only let an orthopedic surgeon do it. You should probably, at the very least, have it scoped but it would depend on the your xrays and how much actually joint space is left due to arthritis.

Hi, another question is that when using progesterone vaginally I find that it leaks out after some time. Is this normal or am I inserting them wrong? I try to lay down an hour afterwards to avoid it from falling out. thanks.
