I have this rash which started on my face, neck and ears and has now spread to my arms, stomach and back. Its looks like small pimples with no whiteheads or anything on them. They are REALLY itchy, especially on my neck, which burns. I've only had them for a few days but they're getting worse. I haven't ate anything different or used any products that i don't normally. Any suggestions of what it could be?
I've searched the net but haven't found much yet.
3 at the other clinic. He said that the dermatitis rash on my neck would cause me to have a cough and cold. Does this sound right? Another thing that leaves me optimisitic about this is my roomate had a cough and cold during the same duration that I did. The cough/cold/runny nose began on that Wednesday and maybe lasted 7 days. I would have little coughing spells at night, so would my roomate, I could hear her sometimes. I didn't feel overly fatigued that I couldn't get out of bed.
More than anything else the timing of my complications. I have a rash on my face,neck,and collarbone. Sore throat stiff neck and cough. I haven't been sexual active nor do I use drugs.
Can sore throat with mono later on lead to dry cough? When the sore throat was resolved, I had cough that persisted for three weeks and then resolved itself.I have had numerous sore throats in the past that uasually ends up with the cough. The cough then persists for averagely two weeks and resolves itself.
Besides, anti inflammatory medications can help with the symptoms. Cough medicine can be an expectorant or a cough suppressant. The expectorant can help to liquefy the mucous and bring it out. The suppressant, suppresses dry cough. Try to take warm oral fluids and do steam inhalations prior to your meals. This helps to loosen up and bring out the secretions.

s mostly just red skin (neck, ears, eyelids, part of my chest just below my neck). This seemed to have developed after I was out driving around in the sun for a few hours yesterday but it is still there. Does this sound like an ARS rash? Or is just from driving in the sun/heat? But why is it still here the next day if so?
Also - I had a fever (and chills) of 101.
ve taken all of them at some point or another for a URI (most often a sinus infection or strep throat) and every time I do, about 3-5 days into the 7-10 day dosage I end up with a rash all over my neck and chest that has tiny pimples. It's barely red and rarely itches, but it always has those tiny pustules that you can literally scratch off. It never gets infected, but it looks horrible and takes weeks to go away once it's shown up.
Then couple days later I got a really bad pain in my upper back(think i just pulled a muscle) Then 2 days later I started getting a sharp pain in the middle of my back on my right side, severe headaches(constant no relief), neck pain hurts to put chin to chest and move head leaning to each side. The headache, neck and upper back pain has been going on for four days now. I did go to doctors four days ago and was put on antibiotics for my uti.
About 3 weeks ago my daughter developed a rash on her neck and upper chest area. It looked as if she was heated or blushing and it didn't concern me at the time, as it was gone by morning. This rash has come back again every 3-4 days for the past 3 weeks. About 2 weeks ago, my son began developing the same type of rash, but his is on his stomach and abdomin area. Both are itchy, and seem to come and go within 24 hours.
Took Strepsils still cough. Went to the doctor, gave me anti biotics, still no cure. Even took cough syrups. I totally stopped drinking cold water and such, only drink warm water. Still no cure. Can enlighten?

Can I ask you- what was your source for labelling a sunburn type rash (I have it in the same place, but just on one side of neck) as ARS? Wikipedia says that it's a maculoupoular rash, that it DOES have raised bumps similar to what you would get with measles. Here is a picture:

I also should mention that my rash doesn't my trunk/chest/back/neck rash doesn't itch. My hand rash doesn't really itch but feels a little weird sometimes.

I started having sex with other men for 3 months now and I made sure a condom was used for all of them. However, about a month ago I got what I thought was a cold and then a dry cough. I had night sweats for awhile and eventually i got a fever for a few days. A week ago I got stept throat and I was on antibiotics and was feeling really well until I woke up yesterday to discover I have a rash all over my arms, chest, neck and back. The dry cough has persisted for a month now.
My 3 year old got a rash on her face, neck, and upper chest and back. It was light colored but splochy red. There were a lot of tiny bumps - the doctor described them as "sandpaper-y". We gave her benadryl and it didn't do anything for her. we took her to the emergency room where they did a cbc and strep test. (Keeping in mind that my kids are not in school / daycare. I stay at home with them every day, and nobody in the house has been sick.

Headaches doesn't go away with medicine and its constant is it all in my anxiety....
