I have this rash which started on my face, neck and ears and has now spread to my arms, stomach and back. Its looks like small pimples with no whiteheads or anything on them. They are REALLY itchy, especially on my neck, which burns. I've only had them for a few days but they're getting worse. I haven't ate anything different or used any products that i don't normally. Any suggestions of what it could be?

My girlfriend developed a relatively small lump on the back of her neck at the base of her skull just above her hairline about 3 inches from her right ear. It developed fairly recently. I am always rubbing her back and neck because she had been in a car accident a couple of years ago and experiences chronic back pain, and did not feel it until 2 days ago. It is not visible on the skin, is about the size of dime or nickel, and causes her pain if pressure is applied.
I have had a rash on my neck for about six months or so. It started off small and flesh colored but now it has gotten bigger and red. It now goes from my hairline down to my collarbone. It's not itchy or bumpy. It is starting to worry me though because it is spreading and changed colors. Can anyone help me?
A blistering or burning skin rash can be shingles or herpes infection. This causes blister like red thing, white dots on the rash, pain and itch or burning can be diagnostic of shingles. This can be treated with antivirals, anti allergic and anti inflammatory tablets. Please discuss this with your doctor.

I have been experience symptoms of a red blotchy rash over the last 2-3 years. I find it so annoying as it can occur at anytime and most of the time I am not aware of it until someone says "Ooh you've got a rash on your neck" Then I have to explain that i get it from time to time and i don't know why. I used to go red when I was embarrassed as a young person but that doesn't happen now.
t find a reason to do a tolerance test. Then my daughter has this rash on the back o her neck and when we went to the dermatologist he said she had a high insulin problem and that is what caused the rash. They did blood work again but it was only 112 so they said that she might be pre-diabetic. I have been researching it and I have not found an answer and the doctor don't know either.
on february11th i woke up with a rash right around my armpits, a few days later i developed small blisters on my fingers and palms that have not gone away and the rash still persists. When i first got the rash i began searching for causes of a rash and swollen tonsils and hiv was one of them. At one point the rash was on my face, chest, arms, stomach, neck, hands, and fingers. Its went away on my face but is still present on my fingers, hands, chest and neck.
These abnormal cells are found in Leukemia. Also rash and neck swelling are compatible with Leukemia.
Although I believe there can be other causes for that, so do not rush for diagnosis. The good sign is that his WBC are high not low, that is the opposite to Leukemia and therefore I don't think that bone marrow biopsy is the priority, it is also an invasive test. Also he should have been feeling very weak, with pallor, low hemoglobin and platelets! None of that I reckon.
I am experiencing the same rash. It appears at the base of my neck where it meets the shoulders on both sides and on the back of my neck. Three doctors have viewed the rash and all told me that they have never seen any rash like it. I have a suspicion that it is surgical mesh that has broken loose from a previous surgical procedure. Doctors don't like to say anything that may involve another doctor. Last one suggested I have a biopsy of the area when pattern is there (it comes and goes).
Whenever I get wet my skin becomes extremely dry like its being pulled back on myseelf. It started as a red rash on my neck and has progressed to this. I noticed behind my neck and breast I have brown blothcy, 3D ish looking rash. The rash behind my neck tends to be itchy now and then but not much at all. I noticed that this is under folds. I try to shower 2 times a day and keep my hygien clean as can. I went to the derm and they gave me Minocycline but nothing seems to be working. My derm., says she doesnt have much experience in my situation, so I left with no answer. Pls., help me out...I need answers as I would like it to go away.
