Avatar n tn Went to physical therapy. Headaches have gone away, but neck pain continues. Pain is in upper part of neck and is a dull, nagging continuous pain. I experience dizziness, lightheadedness when standing or moving. When I read my face feels flush and get lightheaded. I also feel stiffness in my body. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions on what is going on.
Avatar f tn I keep having these ‘episodes’ where I start feeling out of breath and lightheaded, and then it feels like my neck is getting squeezed or cut off. I feel like I’m suddenly falling. My neck feels like it’s moving all around and I am being yanked this way and that very violently and rapidly. Hard to stay conscious while this is happening.
Avatar f tn I am 22 years old and I've been experiencing neck pain that goes up to my head. It started 2 months after I gave birth to my daughter. First, I would just feel lightheaded throughout the day with slight neck pain. The doctor told me that it was just my sinuses and told me to treat it like allergies. (I never had allergies before). Throughout the months, my neck pain had been getting worse along with my head pressure and lightheadedness.

Avatar f tn The next day I felt lightheaded and nausea. Tuesday and Wed. I felt fine except for the headache. Then Yesterday at work I was giving a massage and got clammy, cold sweets, lightheaded and blacked out. I sit down and drank some water. later that night the vomiting came. Woke up this morning still with the headache. I Keep checking and I don't have a fever. Never have gotten headaches before. The pain is in the middle shooting out and nothing makes it go away.

Avatar f tn I get lightheaded at times and nausea. I have no pain whatsoever, it’s just pressure. Sometimes I get pain in my upper back, back of neck and head. Could this be signs of a neurological problem or is it nerves?
Avatar f tn Hence it is important to consult an ENT specialist and a neurologist too. At times back and neck problems may persist for years before they really start giving trouble. Chances of TMJ too should be looked into.
Avatar m tn Has anyone had surgery to decompress the arteries and nerves in the brachial plexus? Thoracic Outlet Syndrome may cause many symptoms such as neck pain, shoulder pain, lightheaded, dizzy, wrist pain, face pain, headaches, weakness, sleep problems, etc. This discussion is related to Shoulder/elbow/wrist pain and tingling.
Avatar f tn I have had chronic back and neck pain for 5 years, had a basilar migraine, trapped nerves in my neck and back and now my neck feels compressed. It hasn't been diagnosed and i am worried as to what it could be. I think it may be compressed neck arteries which make me lightheaded and dizzy. Any ideas? I am currently seeing a chiropractor who works wonders for the back and neck pain, but the lightheadedness remains.
Avatar m tn i have been having upper back and neck pain along with numbness in fingers and toes.
Avatar f tn Today, I have been lightheaded again more than usual with slight neck pain. I do suffer from migraines but this has never happened before. I am growing more and more concerned. No fever, no high blood pressure. Just lots of lightheadedness and weird head sensations...Tingling. Do I need to get a CT? Could it be allergies? A virus? Migraine? Thank you for your help.
Avatar f tn I am 11 weeks pregnant with my second child and since yesterday ive been feeling a bit lightheaded here and there on and off. I went to docter other day for neck pain and he checked me and said its tense muscles and says that i should do some physical therapy for it. Anyways i get hungry every hour all the time so im not sure if thats whats makin me lightheaded or what. But its startin to worry me a bit. i drink good and eat when i can. Anyone else have this around 11 weeks? Or have headaches?
Avatar m tn I feel tense pressure in my neck to where if I get out of bed I start feeling lightheaded or if I bend my neck back or move it to the side it hurts and I get a sensation of being lightheaded; almost to the point of passing out. I don't know if maybe my neck is out of alignment or if I have a blood clot. I am sick right now, though I am not sure if that is the cause of all this. If anyone could suggest something to resolve this I would greatly appreciate it.
Avatar f tn Lately like everyday i experience headaches, lightheaded, temples pain, pressure, shooting pains, my back scalp hurts, my neck feels tensed, and my ears feel clog like if theres air stuck, n ringing on ears.. Can it be anxiety? I had numerous of blood work,, all clear, i had a CT scan 4months ago all clear, EKG all clear, im thinking of a pinched nerve maybe, i even got lyme disease blood work n all clear.. Uggg! Is it anxiety???
Avatar n tn I have had dizziness, jaw and stabbing ear pain for months, I get very lightheaded when using the elevator at work. My headaches lately have been daily. When I bend to quickly I see stars and get sharp pains in my neck and forehead. I did have a car accident over a year ago in which I broke the drivers clavicle with the back of my head, unsure if this is related. Just had an MRI and I am awaiting the results. The Dr. said if everything was normal she was going to put me on Effexor.
Avatar n tn I have never had a migraine but would guess this is what it would be like. The light hurt, it was shooting pain in my head and neck. I also became very lightheaded at one point and felt lie i was going to pass out. Everything went kind of white, and my hearing was "funny", like i couldnt focus. It didnt last long at all...the entire episode was maybe 30 minutes. Any idea what this could be? Just a bad migraine maybe?? It hasn't happened since!
Avatar n tn In Nov. I had pain in my left shoulder blade. It was followed by my hands getting tingly when I put my head back...if I put head forward, the tingling went away (figured it was a pinched nerve). Then I started getting suddenly hot and then having a light headed feeling (no dizziness) when i was sitting down. When I stood up and moved aroundd it would stop.
Avatar f tn Other symptoms followed - occasional tinnitus in my left ear, noticeable eye floaters in my left eye, slightly blurred vision, a feeling of pressure throughout my head, neck pain, tingling at the top of my head, pain behind my left eye... and the constant lightheadedness. Once again the symptoms seem to be worse with movement. The only time I have relief is when I lay down and don't move my head. I have had blood work done - all normal.
