All beta blockers are known to result in some degree of erectile dysfunction in males & decreased libido in females. However, nebivolol is one beta blocker which has got vasodilatory properties & hence can be one of the alternatives of carvedilol. However, you can continue taking lisinopril. My mother currently taking nebivolol 5mg in morning and amlodipine/perindopril 5/8mg in evening for hypertension. Her blood pressure has recently been improved and taking both pills cause low blood pressure, she is also suffering from cough as a side effect from perindopril. I am considering to shift her to nebivolol only but 5 mg once a day is not controlling the blood pressure well. My question is can nebivolol be taken twice a day in 2.
It can be detected by the Endothelial dysfunction test, wherein dye is injected into the artery that causes the small vessels in the heart to open and then the blood flow through those vessels is measured. Although this test is invasive, it's a good way to detect small vessel disease. It is unlikely to cause problems related to the valves.

I try being on a diet but know i am taking Crestor 20mg for triglicerides, and nebivolol 5mg for my bp. I have had some cases of high heart beat and doctors said its nothing to worry about. I had onew 12 years ago, 1one 8 years ago and one 2 yeears ago.They come and go within 10 minutes.Its something with my electrical paths of my heart but doctors said there is no need to worry for now.My docotr said that high bp is due to my sensitive character, and tryglicerides is gentics.
Cardiologist suspects POTS and discharged me months ago, but my older symptoms make me worry that this might be a worsening of some underlying condition like endothelial or microvascular dysfunction. Migraines are also common in those of us with this mutation as a function of endothelial dysfunction. Get your blood tested to see if you are heterozygous or homozygous. (There are numerous mutations but the most common/studied are A1298C and C677T. ) Homozygous is much more serious but heterozygous can be serious as well depending on comorbid mutations.

hi, just some thoughts about two things seem to stand out:
"symptoms started suddenly when I was 21" Did you have a bad virus cold at that time? Did you move to a new home or work place? Did you travel anyplace where you might have gotten an exotic parasite or infection?
"consistently elevated eosinophils" What if whatever is provoking the eosinophilia is also creating endothelial dysfunction, and that's causing poor oxygen transport to tissue?
