Hi, I just wanted to post a simple
recipe I made that seemed to last a few days and felt good.
Brown Rice, steam or bake rice, drain tofu on paper towels to remove most of the water cut into 1/2" x 3" in size peices, and place in a fry pan w/ HOT coconut oil (just enough to wet the pan) let the tofu sizzle, for a few minutes, then turn, do not keep turning,
add a sm.
