I'd given up hope about getting any feedback on my question. It looks like I can check out ACOG Colon Cleanse at a local GNC. I'll have to give it a shot because the Amitiza along with daily fiber capsules and colace aren't doing the trick.
Cramps may be coming from build up or even digestive dissorders. A good gentle cleanse I know of is called ACOG colon cleanse. I use it myself and it does wonders for the elimintation process. It comes with an Aloe vera concentrated juice that soothes and heals for a easy, painless and totally natural bowel movement. I say look it up, find more info and see for yourself. I think this will help.
s opinion on their idea of colon health when your cyst is causing discomfort. My doctor suggested a mild colon cleanse (GNC product), and as odd as it seems, it did ease some of the discomfort. Also, drink a lot of water. Again, odd but it seemed to help remove some of the bloating as my body expelled more toxins. Just be sure you are near the ladies room. I peed more than a dozen times a day! Those are odd ways to treat things but it made me feel less powerless over my pain.
Try chasteberry vitex. It helps regulate your periods as well has helps with ovulation. It's all natural and it works I toke it for two months because of not having my periods and I got my period and I got pregnant, but I lost the baby, but check it out and see if you would like to try it. You can buy it at any vitiman store and it's cheap. I got mine at GNC...
Simplest cleanse is fasting, but cleansing what? There are liver cleanses, colon cleanses, kidney cleanses -- they can be very good for health, but not very useful for losing weight in a healthy fashion because the weight will just come back as soon as you return to your normal way of eating.
Some of the colon cleanses can be very harsh and hard on your body. In my opinion if you're healthy and having regular bowel movements you don't need a cleanse.
Aloe Vera juice is great for you. I drink it alot myself. Raw fruit and vegetables are also great for keeping our bowels clean and keeping us regular.
I am just wondering has anyone tried to do a 7 day, or 14 day rapid cleanse that you buy at a Health Food or GNC type store once you have COMPLETELY stopped taking your opiates? If so, do you think this helps speeds up ridding the body of toxins, and thus feeling better quicker? I have bought one, but not use it yet- and it's suppose to help clean out your liver, organs and colon.

i to suffer from tortuos colon ive tried it all nothing seem to work efficiently but one thing. it is all over the web but I am very skeptical of it because there are all these stories out there but they are all the same just different names? they say to take the Accai Berry supplement in the morning and at night and then the Colon Cleanse supplement at night? they say they are shedding like 30 pounds in a month to a month and a half. I take Almighty Cleanse a all natural colon cleaner. I also took ex-lax due to teh fact that I had to get under a wieght limit to join. I lost 35 pounds in about 60 days on the nighgt before I went for the physical I ran for about a hour and a half with a trash bag on to loose water wieght and I didnt drink or eat anything for about 24 hours. I need hard facts to prove I didn't have thc in my sytsem without some hard facts my future with the USCG is gone.

I have been taking them for 3 days now and found I have more natural energy. Do any of you recommend anything else?? Even though my body is feeling better my mind still plays tricks on me. This cleanse is meant to be used as a juice fast and laxative-based colon detox. You want to use it differently. I have no idea if this works if you do it the way they suggest, though I can almost guarantee the cleanse has nothing to do with weight loss -- if you stop eating of course you'll lose weight. When you start eating again, unless you change your diet, you'll gain the weight back. Using laxatives can be helpful in a short-term fast, but they can also be tricky.
