Nasonex walmart

Common Questions and Answers about Nasonex walmart

nasonex

The other day I walked into Walmart Xmas section and there was a stench of somekind that got up my nose and so for a week now I have been suffering with extreme sinus pain behind my eye and in the cheek area, my glands are swollen in my throat and have sinus headaches. The reason I am writing you is because I am in agony, doing the neti-pot every two hours and using Nasonex and wondering how YOU got rid of the infection. I don't want to be on antibiotics yet again.
Also extreme sensitivity to light. In fact in Walmart i have to wear sunglasses and a hat. Happy to report that with allergy meds I have not experienced to head rush and bowel movement feeling, but with taking a Singular or Zytec everyday along with Nasonex nasal spray twice a day, and using a netti pot at night, I still cannot shake the fullness in my ears and if anything my sensitivity to light is worse.
its clear, but with small green chunks (sorry, gross but no other way to describe it) its driving me nuts..and i keep thinking maybe it will just go away. I ve been on Nasonex for about a month now..and its not helping.. anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this or what could be causing it..i dont have any allergies that i know of thanks!
We went to an allergist after an emergency room visit and she started with nasonex and albuterol, now advair, singulair, nasonex plus tonsils/adenoid surgery. We'll see with the 5 mo old. benedryl helps her. going to ENT next week. the allergist says "normally airborne allergies dont happen for a few yrs, so it is food allergies or just stuffy...". I am a big believer in nasal rinsing! For infantsthe drs say saline drops.
I have been on antibiotics 3 times to treat sinustis in addition I was prescribed Nasonex. There doesn't seem to be a way to completely rid myself of this ongoing problem. Any suggestions? Or could this be a missed diagnosis?
I'm currently on nasonex and zyrtec (walmart equivalent). Starting about two weeks ago, i started randomly throwing up mucus. I think it's nerves. lately i've been going through some harsh culture shock. In addition to that i've started a new job and I'm really stressed about it. All in all, I think it was nerves. This week, same thing, randomly throwing up mucus. Some days nothing, other days I'll throw up a bit. Interesting thing is that when i throw up i only bring up mucus.
I like a saline gel called Ayr. They also make a spray. It really feels good in the nose. Also, my GP recently prescribed Nasonex for "Colorado Dry Nose". I've used it a couple of times and it helps runny nose, but I'm leary of yet another med.
FYI - the pot that Cassandra was talking about is the Neti Pot. They're like $15 at Walmart in the cold/flu aisle. They work great! It's a salt water/saline mixture that rinses the sinuses, but also heals the inflammation so that the nasal passages aren't so swollen. The shower pills that MicroIsabella is talking about - those work really well - especially if you use them in conjunction with the Neti Pot! They're made by SudaCare.
I am now doing an intensive cleanse/detox program including very healthy diet (brown rice, spelt natural tortillas, natural sea salt, granola, cranberry juice, tons of distilled water) as well as a Candida/yeast program using ThreeLac. Reading the symptoms of Candida overgrowth, i fit almost all of it. I did the spit test and failed miserably! I am a very clean person, so I was shocked to see white, stringy legs dripping down from the water top in my glass (shudders).
00 prescription for Pulmincort 1mg.I cannot buy at walmart..I have no insurance on health and prescriptions..I just lost my mothe 1 week ago and I cannot loos my daughter too..She is always caughing but did get 12 hr delsyn and nibulizer but the main meds I cannot get because her real dad said he is broke. Just a thought. I also use a saline irrigation pot I bought at Meijer's a store like walmart etc. you use saline solution in it and it helps flood the junk out your nostrils. It's gross but it helps. Look for it in the cold and flu remedy ares mine is made by "Salt Aire Sinus Relief" they have a web site you could check out the product. I find their solution too harsh and have my Dr. prescribe a nasal solution and it's covered by my ins. too. Good Luck.
My allergist started me with Nasonex, which is unscented. It is only about 50% effective for me. Have you experienced any sedating effects with Patanase? Is Patanase another steroid medication? Does it help get rid of the sinus headaches caused by the sinus allergies? I'm not able to take ANY pain medications whatsoever. I can't take NSAIDs due to a kidney issue I didn't know I had, and I'm allergic to everything else.
Thank you for your comments and suggestions but with all do respect i have tried astelin nasal spray and it stuffs me up worse than any other nose spray and the oral steroids i have been on them twice and my Ent wont keep me on oral steroids i havent tried atrovent or singulair but i have tried nasonex, rhinocort, benadryl, nasal decongest and all of these havent worked so if atrovent and singulair work like any of these medicines they probably wont work either i am not just jumping into surge
I have had some relief with nasonex. It seems to open up passages and break down blockage. Some of you may want to try that until we find a real solution. I'll continue to post as I hope most of you will.
It is completely blocked with and bony cyst inside. I have been prescribed Nasonex steroid spray which is to keep the whole area calm. On June 14th 2010 I will be having functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and also sinuplasty to correct the bend in the cartilage inside my nose. Apparently the bent cartilage is restricting the air flow to the bad side of my nose compounding the problem. I urge people to go to their Drs rather than putting up with it.
he was having a heart attack!!!!!!!!!! I made it! And he is fine! I also think that places like Walmart, Lowes and H Depot have either wacky lights or it's my allergies...always hazy cloudy air...I hate it!!!!!! Hopefully, my experiences will help one of you...This makes life misserable when you feel so crappy!
Polyps can be removed by surgery, and the air passages will be opened considerably. A recent study suggests that the prescription drug Nasonex may shrink the polyps. • A defect or injury in the cartilage of the nose, called a deviated septum, can cause chronic blockage in the nasal area. This may be corrected by surgery. • Other irritants can inflame the nasal passages, such as air pollution, cigarette smoke, cigar smoke, and perfumes made from synthetic ingredients.
For about 6 months he was just taking xyzal, and singulair, along with a nasal steroid spray called nasonex. He also has an epi-pen for emergencies that we havent had to use. He is still currently taking those medications. They started allergy shots about 4 1/2 months ago and he is still currently taking those as well. His symptoms didnt change and about a month and a half ago, I took him back to the family Dr.
Fruit is back on my good list as are most foods--except spicy foods which I never ate much of anyway. So, please, everyone .... try BIOTENE. You can get it at Walgreens or Walmart and probably many other drug stores. No I don't have stock in their company .... but wish I did! Oh, yes .... and it tastes wonderful too!
The hydrocortisone relieves the itching and other ingredients (including enzymes) help to kill the bacteria and yeast infections. The other thing I use in combination is Eucerin AQUAPHOR Healing Ointment (Walmart). This is a petrolatum skin protectant which helps with the flaking and heals the skin. I have been using both for the past month and everything has cleared up!!! Yeah.... Both items together cost about $20. It's the best $$ I've ever spent.......
Neem Oil is very, very STINKY!!!!!!!!!! Yuck. It kinda smells like garlic. The Dr. H eye balm has a nice fragrance so it cuts down of the stinky Neem smell. One more thing: I've started using Neem on my daughter that forever has that nasty, eczema rash in the folds of her elbows. Gone! No more elidel, no more cortersone! I highly recommend Neem. The only thing I need now is the money to fix my stretched out, thinned out eyelids which make me look 10 years older than I am.
