nasonex spray

I was on nasonex spray prn or I take 1 puff each nose at times for few years= 4 years. Now I noticed hair thinning and loss. I have stopped the nasonex now. Will my hair grow back as usual? I am so worried. Iam not taking any other medication. But on hair supplements- zinc, vitamin E and multivitamin. Started my hair massage!

Recently I went to an eye, ear, nose specialist who prescribed Nasonex. Anyone have any success with it? I say that because I tried it now for two days with no effect. Do I need to try it longer? Anyone?

He put me on Nasonex, a steroid nasal spray, to reduce the inflammation. I also hear my heartbeat in my ear at times, and he's hoping that a month on Nasonex will stop that. If not, he'll do a CT scan and other work to see what's going on. Here's my question: Are any of you using something like Nasonex or Flonase? I do have a headache behind my eyes and feel tired a lot, but I had that before too.

I can however use just a steroid inhaler along with the Nasonex nose spray, it seemed to work very well for me. Should I try staying with this or try Singular. I thought I read up on Singular as causing liver issues. What do you think would be the safest way to go? Or the best? I love breathing better !!

Nose specialist prescribed him with Nasonex 2x spray per day, Ceflour antibiotic, Anpro Loratadine, and Roximeth. But i worry about the STeroid effect to my son. . So i stop after taken 1 tablet of Roximeth after i found out this is steroid. Please advise any side effect if my son stop this Roximeth after 1 tablet ? (as doctor always advise me to finish it so i don't want to tell doctor) Nasonex also steroid spray right?

I just started using Nasonex (steroid nasal spray), and it really helps my allergies and sinus headache, and eye-related sinus problems. But I also have PVCs and my heart pounds a lot (can feel it in my head, back, etc). I'm wondering whether Nasonex is safe to take long term if I have these heart issues. Doctor just shrugged his shoulders when I asked. Anyone know?

ive been diagnosed with having a retracted right ear. ive been given nasonex nasal spray ( steriod spray ) by the hospital and told to use it in both nostrils for four weeks and in the mean time im waiting to have a MRI scan. ive taken the nasal spray for nearly 2 weeks now and there is no change. im still getting pressure constantly and the constant pressure noises are driving me mad yet alone the ear pain .

I am currently taking a homeopathic course of 8 months to treat nasal polyps and I am not sure that would workout well and i recently found that Mometasone furoate sprays aka nasonex spray can shrink the nasal polyp size effectively (i found it on internet).So can i taking the homeopathy medicine along with nasonex spray or any other treatment for nasal polyp. If your advise well help me to get rid of these problem then i will be thankful to you and MEDHELP for my entire life : )....

As well, he recommended that I continue with Nasonex, but that I should add Salinex with the regimen. I am to take spray of Salinex, 1 in each nostril, wait five minutes, and then use the Nasonex. Let's hope this works out.

I do have a Nasonex Spray but the doctor said i could use it but only if it was absolutely nessecary ie, the pain causing me to get stressed as that obviously isnt going to do me or the foetus any good. I left the surgery still unsure as to whether to use the spray. Do you know if a humidifier would maybe help with the irritation.

A few months ago I started using Nasonex every day because of allergies. Shortly after my heart started acting up, I was getting short bursts of tachycardia lasting no more than 30 seconds, but disconcerting never the less. That hadn't happened to me for several years, since my medications were switched. My GP told me that Nasonex wouldn't do that but I stopped using it anyway. I had an appt with my EP today and I asked about it.

I've been having a plugged up nose for about a month now.. It's so bad that I had to finally went to the store and bought myself a nasal congestion spray. It is called "Afrin". My nose is plugged the whole day through out the night, it's literly plugged 24/7 and I have to breath through my mouth only. The Afrin helps my nose clear out 10 to 12 hours and then after that it's plugged again and then I have to spray the afrin up my nostril again.

I personally use 24hr reactine and the hydra sense spray. Its what works best for me. I find the otrivan spray works but its only for short periods of time and sometimes makes you feel worse when it wears off!!

I used to take allergy shots but finally got too frustrated and stopped. In the past few years during spring time for 1-2 months I used the nose spray which is a steroid. Of all medications, this is the only one that has been very helpful. Since steroids are not recommended for those with Lyme, I'm curious what allergy sufferers do about this? I figure that this is relatively low dose and should be OK, but thought I would solicit opinions. Thanks.

was wonderful...i have sleep apnia machine i use at night also ..and this nasal spray has worked wonders for me...I talke to my dr. and she said to b carefull could develop rebound condition....I have been very careful only to use it at night ...but as of last 2 weeks i am stuffier tthn i have e ever be but now that i have used it for a few weeks i have started to get really stuffy early in the evening..so i know the rebound is starting to happen....

It started early December, I was prescribed Nasonex for my allergies. I didn't think much of it because I used Flonase before with no issues but I wanted to see if this would be more effective. After about a week of usage I started feeling "off". Every day it got worse and worse.

She does not have asthma now and is not on this anymore 3.She was on nasonex 50mcg/spray (steroid nasal spray) for a period for 7 months (but not continuous-she was on and off on it..say she used it only for 7 days in a month and for 3 weeks during pollen season ) FOr her allergy rhinities. The usual treatment plan is antibiotics, inhaler (with steroids), nasal spray (like Nasonex). I have been continuing the inhaler and nasal spray between episodes as well. The sinus/chest x-rays have come back with nothing that the doctor was concerned about. I like my doctor, but I think it's time for another opinion or a specialist. I'm not even sure where to start. HELP! Sore throad for 3 weeks. Been treated for sinus infection with antibiotics, Nasonex, sinus rinses, Zyrtec, store brand mucinex. Run humidifier at night and gargle with salt water. Desperate!

I have a feeling of pressure above my cheekbone between my temple and ear (roughly in the middle) what could it be? I'm taking nasonex (oral nose) and omeprazole (oral pill) i've had this feeling for 3 days now.

I have bee taking Beconase hayfever spray (a steroid nasal spray) for a month and began feeling the sensation of skipped heartbeats which tend to increase around my monthly cycle. I experienced them a few years ago, also at the time of taking the Beconase spray. It took several months after discontinuing the spray before they eventually disappeared.
