nasonex side effects eyes

So could this be the side effects of Nasonex after a month later and I still need to wait a bit longer or is this something I should continue to look into? It's really affecting my life.

Are any of you using something like Nasonex or Flonase? I do have a headache behind my eyes and feel tired a lot, but I had that before too. Common side effects of Nasonex are fatigue, headaches, a lowered immune system (not good) and others too. A few people I know who have used this for a year or more mentioned that they got palpitations, and one friend said his PVCs increased. But one can't be sure whether the PVCs increased because of the Nasonex.

Ok so for over a year now i have had a build up of fluid or lymph next to my eyes around the ethmoid sinuses. It started one morning when i woke up and had what looked like a cyst of fluid next to one eye. I put clearasil on it and it slowly reduced the size of it but never totally went away. I kept putting clearasil on it and tried to ignore it as much as possible. I went to South America for 2 weeks and when i came back the fluid had totally drained out (Didn't lift weights there).

I have been trying to find something to help my dry eyes. My Opthimal rubs a paper across my eyes which turns green. Her recommended medicine is Baush & Loom Soomth EP eye drops. Everytime I use them the next day the inside of my eyelids feel gritty like sandpaper. It is very uncomfortable. Retasis does the same thing. The Dr. tells me my dryness is between 3 and 4. Ocassionally my left eye swells and is painful. On thoses days I want to patch my eye to keep the light out.

Has anybody gotten a stuffy head and "funny feeling" eyes as a side effect from SSRI's. I have had these side effects before but they went away after a month or so. I'm on Celexa and this stuffy feeling(like you are coming down with a cold) seems to be sticking with me. The med is working well except for this uncomfortable feeling in and around my eyes.

Indeed, they may require years of treatment, but they work in most cases. They can also cause uncomfortable side effects and possible dangerous outcomes , such as anaphylaxis. Talk to your doctor about this for proper evaluation. Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

I spoke to my family physician after doing some of my own reading and determined that the Nasonex which is a corticosteroid may be causing side effects of anxiety and low mood. I immediately went off the Nasonex and saw a quick improvement in the level of my anxiety, however have still not felt quite myself since. It is not unusual for individuals to have side effects when they begin using a retinol product. My mother just had her 1st shot of Lucentis. She has a small leak. She is also on Glaucoma eye drops. She is experiencing extreme fatigue and she said her thoughts/memory seem fuzzy. He started out on 25 mg with no side effects. Two weeks after he increased to 50 mg he began a headache - meaning it has not stopped. Here we are, going on week three of a headache. However, my son has been on other medications for sinisitis and bronchitis that could account for a headache. He now off of pulmicort, xopenex and nasonex. Hello, I have been taking Nasonex for 5 months now and starting 10 days ago, I started experiencing weird sensation in the left area of my chest, it would only happen 3 to 6 times a day and it would feel like someone just tapped the someone of my chest with a finger or two, after 3 or 4 days experiencing this, I just completly stopped using Nasonex and have been off Nasonex for 5 days and 11 hours now.

I do know that all antipsychotics can cause anti-cholinergic side effects which are typically blurred vision, dry mouth and sometimes trouble urinating so you could speak to your psychiatrist about that as one potential cause.

You are in a tough situation. If you have polyps in that area, then surgery is going to be too risky (you have an excellent doctor), and antibiotics are often not effective in the sinuses. I am going to mention a technique that will remove the infection, at least. Since the sinuses are a medical frontier, I don't know what other side effects you could have. My theory, unproven, is that polyps are caused by chronic infections.

You should probably contact your chemo clinic right away for advice as eye whites yellowing usually indicates liver function problems.

I was diagnosed with Acute Sinusitis when I was 4 months old. I have tried pretty much everything and Nasonex was the best result I've had. No side affects, no taste, no drowsiness. And yet it's jumped to over $300/bottle. I lost my job due to lung conditions (never smoked) and lost everything I had. Went through bankruptcy and am on Medicaid. They refuse to cover it because it's so expensive.

I have been prescribed Acebutolol for PVC's and I am literally exhausted since beginning this medication but I didn't see that as one of the side effects. Also, my vision is blurred. Is this normal?

Exact same side effects can effect two people totally different so it's really depends on the individual as to how they will react. For the most part, people tolerate treatment fairly well. It isn't easy, but we manage. I never really over think it. Just go with it and hope for the best.
