Recently I went to an eye, ear, nose specialist who prescribed Nasonex. Anyone have any success with it? I say that because I tried it now for two days with no effect. Do I need to try it longer? Anyone?

Hello, I have been taking Nasonex for 5 months now and starting 10 days ago, I started experiencing weird sensation in the left area of my chest, it would only happen 3 to 6 times a day and it would feel like someone just tapped the someone of my chest with a finger or two, after 3 or 4 days experiencing this, I just completly stopped using Nasonex and have been off Nasonex for 5 days and 11 hours now.

Tylenol is unveiling new maximum dosage instructions for paracetamol or acetaminophen in the US. The new instructions state a maximum total daily of 3,000 mg versus the old maximum of 4,000 mg. my mother (77yrs.of age) has been taking 10mg lexapro for general depression and body aches. Today, the physician said he wanted to give her something that would make her feel more "perky" and changed her script to 150mg Effexor. The instructions are to take 1 pill/day and to stop the lexapro. From my reading it seems that these meds should be weaned.

But my question is should I go back to taking the nasonex? Was it a good thing that the nasonex made it louder because maybe it was just cleaning my ear out from the fluid, since it stopped ringing completely later that night which it hasnt done all week. But I dont know because it was a lot more irritating that night then ever! When I got out of the hot shower. I'm starting to think maybe the hot shower could be whats really irritating it more.

It is a higher dosage. Doctors will usually wait and see if you are getting the desired effect from your current dosage...if not they will sometimes raise it. Did your doctor say why he/she was raising it?

After that every time I bent over water would pour out of one side of nose. At first I thought it was blood, but it was the exact consitency of water. I stooped using the nasonex and the cpap ueats ago. This has happened off and on for years.About 6 months ago I noticed the drip was back, as well as occasional water out of my ears.

So i stop after taken 1 tablet of Roximeth after i found out this is steroid. Please advise any side effect if my son stop this Roximeth after 1 tablet ? Went to a doctor today..I have a noise in my left ear sounds like listening to a sea shell and I hear echos listening to people talk or the tv.. he said ear was clean and gave me for two weeks Nasonex said if don't work come back..I don't have a cold nose isn't backup no sinus pain or head ache..is this normal to give allergy meds for ear problems ??

Oh, I'd call your doctor or talk to the pharmacist. The proper dosage is often written on a bottle for a child when prescribed. Is it not there? If this is someone else's medicine, I wouldn't do that. Every two year old needs their own prescription of medicine.
