t whether I should Just keep doing the Nasonex and nothing else and wait n see? or if I should take some Sudafed and see what that does. Im not usually a person that takes medicines a lot I usually just like to work out and exercise a lot and let my body take care of it. But I never had tinnitus for 2 months before haha...but I'm just wondering what would be the better alternative do you think?

I have had episodes with Candida, it is no fun. Actually, it is a type of "yeast infection" that affects mainly the GI tract, but, it can have miserable reactions in the entire body. Some of the things that can bring it on are: long term antibiotic use, this takes all the "friendly" bacteria out of your system, long time use of being on the "pill". and a weakened immune system.

I have also been on a regimen of Nasonex and other sorts of nasal sprays that you need a prescription for. Once again, I saw temporary relief only to have the symptoms return. This summer (and now September) of 2008 has been really bad. (I lived in Japan from July 2006 to May 2008, and for some reason I had few allergic symptoms there). I am, like ever, waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe because my nose gets congested. I blow my nose, but nothing gets drained.

I've had such a tough time with sinus headaches, allergies (watery eyes, plugged ears and tinnitus) and fatigue that I finally went to an ear-nost-throat doctor last week. He put me on Nasonex, a steroid nasal spray, to reduce the inflammation. I also hear my heartbeat in my ear at times, and he's hoping that a month on Nasonex will stop that. If not, he'll do a CT scan and other work to see what's going on.

It's best, IMO, to get it properly diagnosed as it could be a different vaginal infection (unless you're positive it's yeast) and get it treated. At the very least, your doctor can advise you on what brand/type to take OTC.

This explains your jaw pain, dizziness and sinus pressure although you may also have an infection and I hope this has been ruled out. Your depression and anxiety may be stemming from all of this or since you've suffered with depression before...this may have triggered it again. I would address the sinus issue and see if you feel better and if not you may want to talk to someone about your anxiety and depression. Get a second opinion of the nasal teeth and go from there.

Yeahi went for the past 3 months and I asked the same question but i never really get a clear answer....would men have the same symptoms as woman when they have yeast infections?

I am one of those 'supposedly' rare cases. I used nasonex in the past years off and on. Doctors kept saying it was a rare side effect to have nose bleeds, yet I can't even get to the end of the complaints on the internet about nose bleeds from nasonex!

we went to ent dr ( pns ct )result nasal polyp in left maxillary sinus grape size and thick left nasal wall the dr put her on tri b im injection and nasonex twice daily but now 3 Weeks on the treatment no improve please i need consult ion

I just started using Nasonex (steroid nasal spray), and it really helps my allergies and sinus headache, and eye-related sinus problems. But I also have PVCs and my heart pounds a lot (can feel it in my head, back, etc). I'm wondering whether Nasonex is safe to take long term if I have these heart issues. Doctor just shrugged his shoulders when I asked. Anyone know?

Hello, I have been taking Nasonex for 5 months now and starting 10 days ago, I started experiencing weird sensation in the left area of my chest, it would only happen 3 to 6 times a day and it would feel like someone just tapped the someone of my chest with a finger or two, after 3 or 4 days experiencing this, I just completly stopped using Nasonex and have been off Nasonex for 5 days and 11 hours now.

A few months later, my wife complains of a yeast infection. She goes to the doctor and they give her tests for yeast infections. They also give her a prescription for terconazole vaginal cream. She uses it and starts to feel better. All her symptoms (basically just irritation) go away. She calls the doctor and they tell her that the tests for yeast came back negative. I have had "urethral awareness" but thats it. I keep on focusing on any feeling in my penis.

Im guessing its a yeast infection. The antibiotics they put you on for BV can cause yeast infections. I have had BV three times so far with this pregnancy. I up my yogurt intake dramatically when Im on the antibiotics and luckily haven't had a yeast infection.

After seeing a doctor i was prescribed medicine for bronchitis and nasonex. The nasonex takes care of the stuffy nose and i take claritin at nights so i dont wake up with symptoms, however i still have the cough and mucus (apparently it wasn't bronchitis). I am currently on medicine for a sinus infection. could a sinus infection be the cause of the wheezing? also i have began to develop allergy's to foods but have not been tested for dust, pollen, etc.

For about 4 years I haven't been able to breath through my nose, my doctor's been a bit ambigous saying i have an infection, x-rays showed fluid in my upper sinuses. She mentioned nasal polyps.
