nasonex

531684 tn?1216745984 The reason I feel this way is because I typically wake up in the morning with a nose caked in dry blood and sometimes blow it out when I'm blowing my nose. Is this a typical symptom? Should I stop using Nasonex? The reason I'm asking is to feel secure, I will certainly see a Doc, but I don't want to worry all day if this is normal.
Avatar f tn I have noticed before i started having problems with sinus pressure that i would get a little stuffy in the evening if i sat in chair..as long as i was up and about that would not occure...but as soon as i sat in a lounge chair or laid down especially the blocking of my nose would start....before sinuse sergery 2 years ago..the sinus blocking started on one side or the other of my nose at night ..depending on which side i was laying on....
Avatar n tn Hello, I have been taking Nasonex for 5 months now and starting 10 days ago, I started experiencing weird sensation in the left area of my chest, it would only happen 3 to 6 times a day and it would feel like someone just tapped the someone of my chest with a finger or two, after 3 or 4 days experiencing this, I just completly stopped using Nasonex and have been off Nasonex for 5 days and 11 hours now.
Avatar n tn t whether I should Just keep doing the Nasonex and nothing else and wait n see? or if I should take some Sudafed and see what that does. Im not usually a person that takes medicines a lot I usually just like to work out and exercise a lot and let my body take care of it. But I never had tinnitus for 2 months before haha...but I'm just wondering what would be the better alternative do you think?
Avatar n tn Straining may cause an increase in blood pressure and also affect the flow of blood to and within the brain. This sensation of head fullness may need to be assessed.Your blood pressure may also need to be evaluated. As one stands abruptly from a lying down position, a feeling of dizziness or faintness may be felt. In your case ,you have noted a certain pressure within the head.I suggest that you refrain from doing the exercises until you have been thoroughly assessed.
Avatar n tn I have a feeling of pressure above my cheekbone between my temple and ear (roughly in the middle) what could it be? I'm taking nasonex (oral nose) and omeprazole (oral pill) i've had this feeling for 3 days now.
Avatar n tn This explains your jaw pain, dizziness and sinus pressure although you may also have an infection and I hope this has been ruled out. Your depression and anxiety may be stemming from all of this or since you've suffered with depression before...this may have triggered it again. I would address the sinus issue and see if you feel better and if not you may want to talk to someone about your anxiety and depression. Get a second opinion of the nasal teeth and go from there.
Avatar f tn I was on nasonex spray prn or I take 1 puff each nose at times for few years= 4 years. Now I noticed hair thinning and loss. I have stopped the nasonex now. Will my hair grow back as usual? I am so worried. Iam not taking any other medication. But on hair supplements- zinc, vitamin E and multivitamin. Started my hair massage!
Avatar n tn s pollution or air quality - Negative blood and scratch tests for all but cats...we have none. Since October - Flovent for asthma has stopped his cough which was excercise induced - Also runny nose caused the coughing. Started on Rhinochort in October-went to Nasonex, it worked better. Tried to discontinue medications in Feb and he had immediate symptoms again - returned to it. For the most part, both medications have resolved his symptoms.
1206005 tn?1265824205 ive taken the nasal spray for nearly 2 weeks now and there is no change. im still getting pressure constantly and the constant pressure noises are driving me mad yet alone the ear pain . can anyone give me any more sugestions what more i can do , im not due to go back to the hospital till after my scan and thats if anything shows up, ive been told to go back only if the spray hasnt helped after 4 weeks. also does anyone know if im able to fly with a retracted ear.
Avatar f tn It does not sound like the antibiotic and Nasonex are working for you since you are still congested and you still have the ear/jaw pain. It is possible that you have a chronic sinusitis or you may be allergic to something (like a seasonal allergy). Either way, since you have had a failed course of antibiotics, I think you would benefit from an evaluation by an ENT. Good luck and sorry to have missed your question.
Avatar m tn The headaches are lower head and neck pressure that starts mid day and usually last in tell the day is done. I am uninsured and recently bit the bullet and paid out of pocket to see a general practitioner. A over all phisical was performed blood pressure was normal. Throids felt normal. Avatar f tn About a month ago, they ran a full blood workup, did a chest X-ray, three EKGs, an echo, and put me on a Holter Monitor. The blood tests, X-ray, EKGs, and echo all came back fine. I have a slight murmur, which no one seems concerned about—they said I have trace…something…and that it’s benign. They also said the monitor picked up PVCs, but that the structure of my heart is normal, so there is nothing to worry about. They think it’s perhaps caused by stress.
Avatar n tn I started to think what could be making me feel this way and I started to do some research and came to the conclusion I should stop taking FLONASE. The very next day my heart was back to normal and my blood pressure started to look better and better. From now on I will only take Flonase if I really need it!

Avatar n tn I just started using Nasonex (steroid nasal spray), and it really helps my allergies and sinus headache, and eye-related sinus problems. But I also have PVCs and my heart pounds a lot (can feel it in my head, back, etc). I'm wondering whether Nasonex is safe to take long term if I have these heart issues. Doctor just shrugged his shoulders when I asked. Anyone know?
Avatar f tn After internet research finally tried using Nasonex and that seems to be the only thing that helps, usually it helps, and usually it helps the most if I use it soon enough with the start of symptoms. New development in last 3 weeks. After several airplane trips and ears not clearing after the 3rd trip, and a lot of fullness in the ear, (symptoms not as usual...not nearly as painful, but full and uncomfortable.
Avatar f tn The aura went away---but the ringing remained, I went to my regular dr. and got blood work done--he checked my ears and said it was probably due to sinus issues and prescribed nasonex. I used to nasonex for about a week--ears still ringing so I stopped using it. Blood work came back fine. and I made an appt for a recheck for two weeks from now,. Meanwhile my period has been very irregular and I got it twice in one month.

689840 tn?1227281092 As bad as I feel for you and your eye problem, I'M SO GLAD I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE !! It started off as horrible headaches and now eye problems with me having this same squishy eye problem in my left eye that is driving me insane. I've been to the Dr 10 times about this 5 different Dr's and the results have always been the same with no answer to what it is....
Avatar n tn Are you presently taking any medications? Have you got your blood pressure checked? It seems to be tension headache and stress you are undergoing can certainly worsen it. It is good idea to go and consult a ENT specialist or a neurophysican and get evaluated. Till then, take over the counter pain medications and Alprozolam orally for sometime till your doctor treats you. Take care.
Avatar m tn This may be associated with hearing loss, medication side effect, part of aging, or a symptom of other health problems, such as allergies, high or low blood pressure, tumors and problems in the heart, blood vessels, jaw and neck. If you have history of allergies, this may be the primary cause. Avoiding the allergen or trigger and taking antihistamine may be very helpful. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to an ENT for proper evaluation.
Avatar m tn Suggestion of the two things I have mentioned can; not saying they WILL. I would try them in combination.
Avatar m tn I am an 18 year old male. About a month ago towards the last half of March while I was on my computer I started to feel this pain at the left side of my neck by the back of my jaw or around there that would hurt when I would yawn or tilt my head to the left side.
