Ive had very had acid coming up when I lay down along with burping. Tums help a bit but im just wondering if anyone has any other ideas. Started around 25 weeks n now im 27.

And as far as feeling like you were going to throw up stomach acid you may have some acid reflux going on! I keep a bottle of rolaids by the bed and in my purse to keep that from happening.

What you are describing is stomach acid. Try frequent small meals to help keep the acid level down and for me I always had tums with me for when I could feel it coming.

after a few days went to see doctor he said its because of late nights and junk food causing the acid to rise to the throat and also stress. he gave me lanzaparole 30mg a day. i could lay down with no choking for a couple of days but day four it started again and everytime i lay down felt choking. how long does it take to take effect?

well last few months have been terrible for me .... i have had a terrible case of acid reflux , most of the time during the whole day i'm burping like anything ..... sometimes even 15 to 30 burps a day ..... i feel bloated after eating a small meal , feel like vomiting after every meal ...... i feel a lot of acid formation just minutes after i finish a meal , feeling of heartburn , irregular bowel movements , headache .......
