my nuvaring keeps falling out

i havnt had a period in two months i just got put on the nuvaring and im cramping alot is that normal..

I kept the ring in for 1 month and my symptoms subsided but when my period came my bleeding was light and I had the worst cramps I have ever had in my life. I passed what I at first thought was a blood clott, but when i looked closer I realized it was not bloody. It was a moderate sized piece of skin about the size of a computer mouse and shaped like a pear. I know I was not pregnant, but I do plan on trying to get pregnant soon and this scared me.

Hi, Im not sure if this will help you but i was on the nuva ring for 4 years and i never experiance what you are experiancing but i did completely miss my period once and when i spoke to my doctor i was told the nuva ring is known to screw with your periods wheather it is getting 2 in one month or not getting one at all. if it keeps happening i would get it check out but if it is a one time thing i wouldnt worry about it.

I was on the nuva ring for 3+ years, and the first month and a half i had irregular spotting because my ob/gyn said I was adjusting to the hormones. After that I only got my period during the time my nuva ring was out and usually not the entire week but just 3-5 days. How long have you been on the nuva ring?

I've been looking into an IUD, never had the patch personally (was afraid it'd fall off or something) but I know I wouldn't recommend the implanon/nexplanon implant or Nuvaring, the implant causes crazy side effects and Nuvaring doesn't stay in for anything!

My daughter is 13 and we have been trying to find out for 3 years why she keeps having blackouts. We have had blood tests, EKG's, stress tests, you name it. We can't get an answer that helps. ve read that this is not necessarily worrying, maybe my period will come later, but what should I do about the NuvaRing? Does it still work? Should I take it out, should I keep it in but use additional contraceptives? I'm lost about how and when the NuvaRing works, because the instructions only say what you should do, not why. If it gives off hormones as soon as it's in, then why is the timing so precise? Thanks.

There's many things, but definitely not a pill if you're forgetful. There's an IUD, nuvaring, depo shot, etc, that are better if you're forgetful. Have you met with a gyn. about your options?

to the point were my boyfriend loses his erection anytime we try and have sex. Can i take the nuvaring out to have sex then put it back in after and still be protected. Two different pharmacist, and a few people who have used the nuvaring in the past have said yes but my Dr. said no. I don't really know who to believe.

However, when I got ready to change my tampon, something fell out of my vagina! It looked like a piece of skin about the size of my palm and it was covered in dark dark blood, nearly black. I went to the ER and they didn't know what it was so they sent it off to a pathologist to be tested. Dr ruled out miscarriage. I am sorry to hear about your issues with nuvaring. I had started the nuvaring for perimenopause issues my gyn said would help. I went to my gyn for my annual check up last week and she felt that my right ovary was enlarged. Ordered a pelvic ultrasound both on my belly and internal. My colonoscopy went fine with a finding of internal hemmorhoids (lovely). Anyway, I had the ultrasound and I was a nervous wreck. The tech told me all she saw were the multiple follicles on the left and two small simple cysts on the right that could be due to my cycle. I just received a note from my dr.

About 6 months ago out of nowhere, I went to take my nuvaring out and noticed some swelling inside my vagina. At first I thought it was a lump, so I made a doctors appointment right away. My usual doctor wasn’t available but the doctor I did see checked me out and told me she found nothing unusual, and that I may just have been feeling some tissue irritation caused by the nuvaring. I took it out for my usual period and at the end of the week the swelling seemed to go down.

I started using the NuvaRing on April 15th and before I used the IUD. I took out the NuvaRing on May 6th but did not have my period. So I put it back in 7 days later. My cramps last the normal duration (the first two days of bleeding), but the bleeding will not stop until I take the Nuvaring out and let my period run its course. Does this make any sense? I have been on birth control for the past three years, I was on yasmin for two years and had severe headaches and was then put on seasonique. I tried to stick it out with the seasonique but I just recently got so fed up with the depression and symptoms I stopped taking it all together. Hed eat for 10 minutes and often ended up falling asleep lol then wanted to eat again 30 minutes later ik your not exaggerating. I actually let my mom freak out and she told me hec want getting enough to eat so I have him a bottle and he ate 4 oz at 1 month old. I think we just had sleepy babies who liked to eat :-( very stressful and time consuming. My advise talk to your doctor about it. Hang in there keep up the breastfeeding :-) try not to get discouraged. I promise it gets better.

my dad is 62 and keep falling to the left he has fallen down his steps twice in the last couple of weeks. He is diabetic but his bloods are fine? He doesnt always fall, sometimes just stumbles. This has been going on for a couple of months i have just found out. What might it be?
