Since this involves both bre<span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>a</span>sts and <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>sore</span>, tender bre<span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>a</span>sts isn't a symptom of Breast Cancer I doubt there is anything serious to worry about. Most often a symptom of this type can be realated to the Hormonal Levels in the body. I think it would be wise to ck. with your Dr. on your next scheduled visit and perhaps have an Ultrasound at that time.
