I walk to the couch, I walk to the bathroom and I walk to the refrigerator several times a
day. I used to walk
out to the porch to smoke but I have substituted that trip by more walks to the kitchen. I'm pathetic!
I didn't lose much on tx, maybe 5-7 lbs, but I gained that back and another 10 or 12.
Yuck!
I wish there were some way we could do this as a group, it's always easier to exercise with a friend.
