I have also at times drank 6 protein shakes a day to get cut more and just eaten some fruit with each to supplement my diet . Try muscle milk. Along with heavy weight training don't forget to do 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week. Drink alot of water and get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Avoid stress or find healthy ways of dealing with it. Be good to yourself.

This can best be done by mixing a scoop of whey protein along with a cup of skim milk. I also suggest to use whey concentrate not isolate! Whey is high in the BCAA. This is a good meal before your workout! Consume this mixture about 1 hour before your workout 1 cup Skim Milk, 1 Scoop Whey Protein Mix these two ingredients together.

Exercise also helps build muscle, but if you do the right ones, you won't "bulk up". I often use, both, Greek yogurt and protein powder in my smoothies. The yogurt gives you and extra amount of protein, plus calcium, vitamin B12, etc.

You can obtain the nutrients from vegetables (: if you like the taste of milk and personally want to drink it, goat milk is the healthiest for human consumption. (Cows have multiple stomachs for a reason) If you like it though, go for a lower fat volume - like 1% or skim.
