Now for the 4th time, it came back, I put immediatly the mupirocin, but this time the rash persisted and I was told to put also the nystatin, the rash is going away, but not the redness in the penis and he screams everytime we change his diaper and complains about pain all day and all night. I don't think this is a yeast infection anymore, i feel he has a virus in his system or maybe something related to the penis that makes him scream. please help me?

For about 2 weeks I have been fighting a rash in my left armpit. It is a red bumpy rash that is at times painful and itchy. It worsens and gets angry if I get hot and or sweat. It also seems to get more irritated near the end of the day when my deoderant has worn off. It it directly in the crease of my arm pit and is not blotchy or random but rather linear. It came on after I had worked outside at home one Saturday in the heat without putting on any deoderant in the morning as I usually do.
Could just be a regular diaper rash, butif it's not going away it could be a yeast diaper rash. If regular diaper cream doesn't clear it up within a few days, talk to his doctor. You may need a special topical cream (possibly Nystatin cream) if it's a yeast diaper rash. You could try a little cornstarch to keep his bum dry and change his diaper often. Also, keep it clean and give it some time to air dry too.
Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

There is now an album labeling rash Jan 2014 with mupirocin with photos of the rash. Keep in mind this is immediately after cleaning and applying mupirocin so it does not show the drainage which is profuse and either clear or bloody. Lots of blood and it bleeds very easily. The scabs became very hard and dark after using the mupriocin and were not able to be dissolved/removed by warm compressing. Over a week's time, the mupriocin became so irritating that I stopped using it yesterday.
I have what looks like a rash that started when I took Hydroxycut for 6 weeks. It presented itself with inflamed red spots in the hair follicles but no pus. They would break into a sore and as one healed another popped up. No itch. It has been six weeks since I stopped the hydroxycut. My skin is slightly discolored on the forearms with a purplish splotch to it. I continue to break out but I am on Zyretec 10 mg a day BID and use hydrocortisone at night to keep this under a little control.
So I stopped shavin dwn there for a la'while because it's kinda tender & tonight I decided to shave. Anyways, I took a mirror to look dwn there ( it's jst somethin I have a habit of doin ) & I saw wht looks like a diaper rash. I have a Dr appt tmrw so I plan on askin her wht can I use but have any of you ladies experienced this & if you did, is there anythin tht you can suggest tht I can use or do for it ?
Sorry your little one is having diaper rash. My first daughter got diaper rash when I tried being fancy and bought her Huggies Supreme. I realized she was allergic to it and I switched her to LUVS. I've always used this powder call Caldesene, its in a pink bottle and you can find it in any CVS or Walgreens. It is so good it formulated to keep moisture away from their skin. You can use it on prickly heat too.
I shaved my arms once in late September and nothing was wrong for several weeks. After about a month i developed a red rash as shown in pictures. The severity of the rash fluctuates constantly. I ended up visiting the doctor in early November and I was then prescribed antibiotics. The antibiotics helped to clear the rash a very tiny bit but after the round of antibiotics was up my rash came back once again, but this time worse.
My son is 2 months almost 3 and he has the worst diaper rash ive ever seen. It all started when he got some kind of virus which we had to go to emergency room for (cause of all the diarrhea) and they told us that it "just needed to run it course". well since hes had this virus (and its been for several weeks) hes had nothing but diarrhea and this diaper rash is steadily getting worse. It's at the point if you wipe it with anything it starts bleeding.
I tried using diaper rash ointment (when I thought it was chapped skin from working out), jock itch ointment, baby oil, baby powder, gold bond powder, Monistat chafing ointment, and a minor steroid topical ointment for psoriasis without any luck. I have tried to get appointments with doctors to get a firm diagnosis but have been told that they cannot see me for 2 weeks.

My daughter got a diaper rash last month when she was 10 months old - it looked really bad. I took her to doc and she said it's a yeast infection and prescribed a cream. I used it on her for almost 1 month. It went away, but now she's 11 months old and it's seems like the rash is creeping up every time she goes poopy - even if I change her 2 mintues later (right after she's done). What could it be?
I have started to get a rash on my inner thigh and on my pubic bone. The rash looks like separate large pimples and it is sensitive to the touch but otherwise not painful. It is not itchy, although a few weeks ago the area between my thigh and scrotum was itchy. I do not think this is an std because I have been very careful with who i sleep with, and have only had one partner in the past year and a half. I think it may be some sort of fungal infection but I am not sure.
