I'm suffering with loss of balance, eye twitching and strain, numb and tingling sensations in my legs and my right arm has a shooting pain that goes from my shoulder to my fingertips irregularly.

Ganglion cysts in wrists; chronic. Balance issues ranging from severe to mild. Cognitive problems such as mixing up word order and forgetting how to spell. Negative ANA. Doctimented hashitmotos currently under control. Also atopic dermatitis present on hands and arms. Parasites ruled out.

I handle things far better when i have a diagnosis. ;) About 25% of patients with autoimmune diseases have a tendency to develop additional autoimmune diseases. Three or more autoimmune diseases is known as multiple autoimmune syndrome (MAS). The MAS classifications are helpful if signs of another autoimmune disease emerges.

I have Hashi-motto's Disease (thyroid, opposite of Graves Disease), I have Fibromyalgia, I have Osteo-Arthritis, I have Sero Negative Rheumatoid Arthritis (so they think, my Mom's has it) and I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.. and I have a motto ~Live as if all your dreams came true~ So, yes you can have many auto-ammune diseases!
