Migraine like headache can be throbbing, one sided of face & head and preceded by aura (starts with blurred vision). Cluster headache may appear as burning, explosive in nature and tear appears from eyes.
It came out of on nowhere 2 months ago i was working away at my desk and i felt this pressure kind of feeling on top of my head in that one tiny spot top left of my head its like the size of a quarter. It has been on and off every day for two months sometimes it hurts but only for a second and the pain isnt severe but i notice its there and its annoying and due to my anxiety problems you can guess what goes through my mind>Any comments are greatly appreciated thank you.
I understand these should be avoided while pregnant, but what if they are medically necessary? Has anyone gotten an MRI or Cat Scan while pregnant? What was the outcome, did it have an affect on your baby? Was it worth it? I have been experiencing agonizing pain in my left shoulder, neck, and arm, that sometimes radiates to my chest, making it hard to breathe. I am having a really hard time sleeping, and even functioning, and my quality of life has gone down because of it.
The pain has gotten worse and is now along left side of neck, under left shoulder blade and through my hip. Sometimes my chest hurts between breasts and down left rib cage. Had lots of blood work, ct scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy and everything is normal. Waiting for MRI results to come back. The pain is constant and is causing anxiety attacks. Hoping to feel better soon for myself and so I can be a happy mom again. Any ideas on what is causing this would be appreciated.
I have been wearing bite guard for last year and it got better but started hurting again this week really bad and having spasms in jaw and now my neck is killing me on the left side. Pain is going up the left side of neck and down left shoulder into arm. Have not had chance to go to doctor yet but am wondering if anyone with cervical disc problems has ever had it to affect temple and jaw area of face??? Am thinking maybe this isn't TMJ at all....

Last June I began to experience a feeling of numbness in my left jaw. After a couple of days, my entire left side of my head felt numb. ( not tingly). I was beginning to feel some numbness in my left hand and leg below my knee, including my foot. My leg and foot now feel numb and stiff. I am beginning to feel the stiffness in my hand and shoulder. It is all on the left side. I have had all of the tests. Everything has come back positive. My nuerologist doesn't know what's wrong.

ve had pain in my left bicep, tricep, my armpit, and occasionally in my left shoulder. At its worst, it gives me a sensation like a blood pressure cuff is squeezing on it. The pain will occasionally radiate into my pectoral muscle and sternum. My physician did an MRI on my spine that came out clear and has also ruled out any heart problems. I suffer from IBS, and a CT scan was done on my abdomen that revealed nothing more than a few pockets of uninfected diverticula.
I've been dealing with left shoulder pain for approximately 10 months - I've seen several doctors, had x-rays, MRIs, bone scan, EMG and nerve conduction tests all to come back normal. The symptoms are pain on his neck, shoulder, arm, headaches, left eye redness, and weakness on the left part of his body. Could this be the cause of pain around my left scapula (shoulder blade)? Recently, I tried a session of acupuncture treatment and for the first two days after treatment, my pain and burning of left upper back increased! However, it seems in total pain assessment, my pain has decreased by one notch. I am scheduled to have another treatment tomorrow. Hopefully, this time I have more relief. I guess I would contact your Physician and have him/her run a few tests including some imaging like an MRI or CT Scan which can pin point any problems in the Cervical region.
I would not wait to make that appt. In some cases, the longer you wait, the more damage you will create making the healing process much more difficult.

I recently had a second MRI of my left shoulder following a car accident this past August. The first MRI showed enlarged axillary lymph nodes. My doctor couldn't feel anything and all my blood work was fine so we just let it go. Well after continuing shoulder pain I just had a second MRI which still showed enlarged lymph nodes. Now my doctor is concerned that I might have breast cancer! I'm only 29years old and otherwise healthy...just a sore shoulder.
I consult doctor and the wound got cured but still i have some thing like numbness some time i feel irritation on my shoulder left side of my neck.. if i touch that part i feel like touching some hard things and i consult doctor he said nothings to worry that is just becoz of that wound but still am facing the problem kindly advice.

I had a shoulder decompression and rotator cuff tear repair about 5 years ago, A few months ago I had a ultrasound which showed a full thickness tear, bursitis and osteoarthritis, went to see a ortho surgeon who then got me to have a MRI scan. The scan showed no tear but alot of fluid in the shoulder, he called it a angry shoulder? Is it possible for a MRI to be wrong? If not what is with the fluid in the shoulder? can someone please help.
