i have been on monopril(fosinopril) for many years- and it also helps to protect the kidneys. since starting Tx my BP spiked, and they added Tiazac.
i think my experience is alittle different than everyone elses. i have been on monopril for many years for high BP- and was OK to take the hep c Tx. however while on Tx my BP rose again, and they added tiazac as well. BP is now maintaining well, and 42 weeks into 48 everyy things looks as if it is working well.

I started Hypothyroid 5 years ago. My under arm pit body temperature was under 96F and I have been taking Armour Thyroid Holmorn ever since. My doctor didn't know how much of Armour Thyroid to use. My TSH was as high as 8.5. I changed doctor and new doctor prescribed 60 mg per day and TSH came down to 0.3. However,my arm-pit body temperature still remains at less than 97F. My doctor doesn't have any idea about the body temperature.

I'm a 39 year old male. This question might only hit a small minority around here but I wanted to throw it out. In 2000 I never had any heart issues but got the flu that summer. A severe strain attacked my heart and almost killed me. Viral myocarditis. I miraculously recovered fully with the exception of some A-fib because of it. The A-fib only presented once every year and a half to 2 1/2 years. I was taking Zebeta and Monopril.
My fiance is worried to tears. She has an enlarged thyroid gland with nodules and is going to get a big needle stuck in her neck to check for cancer. We met in a diet program and if the prospect of her children losing another perent to death wasn't enough (yes she is considering the cancer worst case senario too.) she is worried we no more than get married and then she will have to have her tyroid gland removed and it will inevitably make her "fat"!

It was late at night (nothing was open, no one I was with had tampons) and I had absolutely no prospect of finding a tampon until the next day so I inserted it. Logic tells me that its ok because you can give birth in water but people have told me that you are only supposed to shower after the waters have broken......does anyone know one way or the other??

the product i bought has 530 mg of citrate magnesium with Vitamin B6 125 mg. in the prospect it says you can take up to three capsules a day... What confuses me is that 530 mg of magnesium citrates is equivalent of 47,6 mg of "elemental magnesium". i have read that regular dosis of elemntal magnesuim is approximately 200 mg.. sooo... what should i pay attention to the citrate dosis or elemental magnesium dosis??? how many capsules should i take????? thanks!!!
