Not just a little dry/rough, but pieces constantly flaking off and no matter how much lotion/medication I put on it, it stays dry until it wants to get better.
I've tried hydrocortisone, every kind of lotion, baby oil, vaseline, elidel, elocon (and other mometasone furoate creams, ointments, and lotions), luxiq foam... nothing works. I've even tried constant mineral water sprays followed by lotion or hydrocortisone, leave on facial moisturizing cleansers... nothing works.

This all started with one spot on one ankle. I went to a doctor and she said it was dermatitis and gave me some cortisone that didn't work. I went to another doctor, he was puzzled, gave me some different cream, Mometasone and it didn't work. Now I have many. It doesnt hurt or itch. It is under the skin. The first spot appeared about 2 years ago. The other spots are at least a year old. Can anyone please tell me what this is?

I was laying in bed and the bottom of my stomach was SO ITCHY, lotion helped for about 30 seconds. My other stretch marks never itched, so handy-dandy Google. I have Pupps for sure. It's so bad! Trying very hard not to scratch and cause more stretch marks. Suggestions?
I used mometasone furoate (a topical steroid cream) last night (for the first and ONLY time) on the base of my penis due to a minor skin allergy. Additionally, my wife and I are currently trying to conceive. When my dermatologist gave me the prescription for the mometasone furoate she knew I was trying to conceive and said it was OK to use.
Used mebhydrolin,cetrizine,fexofenadine, for prophylexis,got result but no complete recovery. Taking mometasone masal spray, got result, but not complete respite. How to get rid of it?
You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.
For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).Also use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
I had posted here before about a different condition, but I noticed something the other day that concerned me a little. I noticed that there was some redness on my scrotum and a slight burning sensation. I had been in a thermal pool the day earlier, so I thought it might be something like contact dermatitis. I went to the doctor he prescribed mometasone furoate cream. I haven't noticed any burning sensation as I had earlier this week but the redness has remained.
But my doctor prescribed me to apply mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream twice a day for 3 days and no moisturizer with a Cafadroxil Tablet. I am bit worried about the dryness and healing part. Over all my skin type is oily. But till now what I have heard after a laser resurfacing moisturizer is must. Please help and let me knw that is use of mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream is good fpr post laser resurfacing treatment without moisturizer??????
I then went to a dematologist and he suggested that clobetasol is too strong and prescribed mometasone. After more than two months, the mometasone has not made any difference.
Can someone Id it from the picture and suggest alternate methods to treat it?
I havnt been able to swim for years because im to embarressed of how it looks, and if it spreads to my lower arms i wont even be able to wear a tee-shirt to cover it up. My doctor gives me this Mometasone Furoate cream everytime i go see him and it seems to be nothing more than a moisteriser and has done nothing for me. While passing through Shanghai I decided to let my travel insurance pay for a trip to an English-speaking GP who had a look at the rash and prescribed me 24-hr mometasone furoate cream and advised I wore cotton underwear etc. Unfortunately the rash hasn't cleared even after over two months using the strong cream (no need for a prescription in China :-).
I had some dry skin patches problem for same I was taking the treatment. My Dr prescribed me to use Mometasone Furoate cream for dry patches on my skin. But while travelling in a flight I felt my whole face was drying up severly so I applied it on my face around 5-6 time (after applying my moisturizer first ) on same day. Beside that I ate very-very spice food on that day. It was so much spicy that it brought blood in my nasals.
Can anyone recommend a good stretch mark prevention lotion. I'm 18 weeks and my belly is pushing out and I want to not get stretch marks.

Ive been using "cocoa butter lotion before and after pregnancy stretch marks" and it seemrd to work at first but now that im 8 months im getting stretch marks what else can I use im only 17 and want a prettty figure afterwards notna bunch of stretch marks lol

He prescribed first NYSTATIN AND TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE which i used for 2 weeks without any result, then he prescribed MOMETASONE FUROATE 0.1% which made the situation worse. i then decided to visit a dermatologist which he prescribed HYDROCORTISONE CREAM 2.5% twice a day for a month. 1 month has passed by but i don’t see any improvement at all. I have been single for over a year and masturbate 1-2 a week.
Could it be an internal infection instead of external?
Since a few months, I have started getting boils all over the body. I have been already applying Mometasone Cream...but not having any effect. The boils are very itchy, infact my entire body is itchy. I take anti-allergic tablets to reduce itch but do not want to make it a habit. So, I do not take those tablets every day. My skin is extremely dry so I even massage with olive oil every day. The boils are filled with blood...no pus. Sometimes they dry up but flares up again quickly.
A dermatologist would probably use mometasone creme for a very short duration (five days) but needs to be prescribed, especially since the child is very young.Calamine is a home remedy for application but to the non-hairy zone.

So i stopped using wet wipes completely. My family doctor agreed with my theory and prescribed mometasone steroid cream to help speed up the healing process. after about two months of no wipes and mometasone, my problem was gone. Now if i even touch a baby wipe or adult wipe with my hand, i get a poison ivy-like rash, which is strange because i used both for years with no issues. Apparently, you can develop an allergy to anything at any time.
I applied Mupirocin ointment externally and given antibiotic Amoxycillin for 5 days on advise of a general doctor, no improvement. Now I applying Mometasone furoate USP ointment and giving anti allergic tonic Avil since 7 days on advice of one dermatologist but till now no improvement found. Should he continue with the same medicines? What may be the cause of such symptom? Please advice with good medication.
